Tingginya prevalensi penyakit ISPA serta dampak yang ditimbulkan mengakibatkan tingginya peresepan antibiotik. Tujuan Penelitian menilai ketepatan peresepan antibiotik berdasarkan indikator jenis antibiotik, dosis antibiotik, lama pemberian antibiotik, frekuensi pemberian antibiotik dan menilai karakteristik pasien balita ISPA di Puskesmas Boom Baru. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian desktriptif obsevasional menggunakan data sekunder berupa resep balita ISPA pada bulan oktober-desember 2019. Pengambilan data secara retrospektif diperoleh 74 resep yang tedapat antibiotik kemudian resep dianalisis terdapat 65 resep ISPA pneumonia dan 9 resep ISPA non pneumonia yang dapat dijadikan sampel data untuk analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis antibiotik yang tepat yaitu 65 pasien (87,8%), dosis antibiotik yan tepat sebanyak 33 pasien (50,76%), lama pemberian antibiotik yang tepat sebanyak 35 pasien (53,84%) dan frekuensi pemberian antibiotik yang tepat 33 pasien (50,76%). ISPA Pneumonia banyak terjadi pada usia 1-2 tahun yaitu 27 pasien (36,5%) didominasi dengan jenis kelamin laki – laki yaitu 39 pasien (52,70%) dan perempuan 35 pasien (47, Kesimpulan Secara keseluruhan resep yang tepat (87,8%) sedangkan yang tidak tepat dengan pedoman pengendalian ISPA Kemenkes (2011) adalah (12,2%). Title A name given to the resource UJI PENURUNAN KADAR KOLESTEROL LDL UNDUR-UNDUR (Myrmeleon sp) PADA TIKUS PUTIH JANTAN YANG DIINDUKSI SUKROSA Description An account of the resource Latar belakang: Penyakit kardiovaskuler merupakan penyebab tunggal terbesar kematian dinegara maju dan berkembang, dimana 45%nya disebabkan oleh penyakit jantung koroner yang disebabkan oleh atherosklorosis dan hiperkolesterolemia. Upaya menurunkan kolesterol dapat menggunakan obat modern dan tradisonal. Namun dimasyarakat penggunaan obat tradisional lebih mudah karena tidak membutuhkan pengawasan tenaga medis. Salah satu bahan yang dikenal untuk menurunkan kolesterol yaitu undur- undur dengan kandungan sulfonilurea dan asam lemak omega 3. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental yang dilakukan pada hewan percobaan tikus putih jantan sebanyak 30 ekor dengan berat rata-rata 193.375 gram. Hewan percobaan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok I kontrol normal, kelompok II diberikan sukrosa, kelompok III diberikan sukrosa dan asam nikotinat, kelompok IV diberikan sukrosa dan undur-undur dengan dosis 3,3 mg/200g BB, kelompok V diberikan sukrosa dan undur-undur dengan dosis 6,6 mg/200g BB, kelompok VI diberikan sukrosa dan undur- undur dengan dosis 13,2 mg/200g BB. Sampel darah diambil sebanyak 2-3 ml secara intrakardial. Kemudian dilakukan pengukuran kadar LDL sampel darah tersebut di Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan. Hasil kadar LDL yang didapat dianalisa menggunakan uji T-test, uji Shapiro-Wilk dan Levene Statistic. Selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan metode uji ANOVA one-way. Hasil: Hasil penelitian uji penurunan kadar kolesterol LDL undur-undur pada tikus putih jantan yang diinduksi sukrosa menghasilkan efek bermakna. Pada kelompok uji yaitu kelompok IV, V dan VI terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna dengan kelompok II. Pada kelompok V terdapat perbedaan yang tidak bermakna dengan kelompok I, berbeda dengan kelompok IV dan VI yang memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna dengan kelompok I. Kesimpulan: Undur-undur (Myrmeleon sp) berpengaruh menurunkan kadar LDL darah tikus putih jantan (Rattus norvegicus). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik, mengetahui uji daya terima, serta mengetahui kandungan gizi pada kue nastar dengan penambahan tepung kacang hijau, tepung daun katuk isi selai kurma berdasarkan analisis proksimat. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan februari-mei 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian ekperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kue nastar terpilih yaitu pada formula 1 dengan penambahan tepung kacang hijau 120 gr dan tepung daun katuk 20 gr. Dan kandungan kue nastar berdasarkan hasil analisis proksimat yaitu energi 425,71 kkal (per 100 gram), protein 8,03 gr, lemak 21,27 gr, karbohidrat 50,54 gr, kadar abu 1,59% dan kadar air 18,57%. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai umur simpan dan kajian tentang senyawa bioaktif yang terdapat pada kue nastar dengan penambahan tepung kacang hijau dan tepung daun katuk isi selai kurma.
