Rata-rata umur kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kecamatan Bukit Lama Kota Palembang tahun 2022 sebesar 36,67 tahun. Masa pengabdian kader terendah saat dilakukan penelitian ini adalah 1 tahun dan yang terlama adalah 13 tahun rata-rata nilai pre-test pengetahuan kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kelurahan Bukit Lama Kota Palembang adalah sebesar 17,10 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan sesak nafas baik pada subjek I maupun pada subjek II setelah dilakukan pemberian inhalasi uap ditandai dengan penurunan sesak nafas, nadi normal, dan sputum dapat keluar. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care in bronchial asthma patients with steam inhalation interventions to reduce congestion. This research method uses case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The management of tightness reduction performed on 2 subjects is a collaborative intervention with the doctor is the provision of steam inhalation. Supporting interventions carried out are assessing the frequency or depth of breathing and chest movements, auscultation of the lung area, note the decrease area or no air flow and vesicular breath sounds, help the patient in deep breathing, give warm water rather than cold, do suction according to indications. The results showed a decrease in shortness of breath both in subject I and in subject II after giving steam inhalation was marked by a decrease in shortness of breath, normal pulse, and sputum can exit. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk menganalisa intervensi keperawatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu pemberian oralit untuk mengatasi hipovolemia atau kekurangan volume cairan pada anak dengan gastroentritis di Puskesmas Bungamas Kabupaten Lahat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 klien dengan gastroenteritis dengan masalah keperawatan hipovolemia. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalahdua orang pasien dengan diagnosa medis gastroentritis yang diberikan oralit dengan kriteria bersedia menjadi responden, balita dengan gastroentritis, umur 1-5 tahun dan koopperatifdengan perawat. Analisis gastroentritis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan diukur berdasarkan hasil frekuensi dan tingkat dehidrasi. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan bahwa terjadi pengurangan tanda tanda hipovolemia, frekuensi BAB dan tingkat dehidrasi yang signifikan pada kedua subjek, subjek I dengan frekuensi BAB 8-10 kali perhari, dehidrasi sedang, dan subjek II dengan frekuensi BAB 6-8 kali per hari, dehidrasi sedang dan selama tiga hari intervensi diberikan secara berturut-turut maka frekuensi BAB dan tingkat dehidrasi turun dibuktikan dengan subjek I frekuensi BAB 2-3 kali per hari dengan tanpa dehidrasi dan subjek II frekuensi BAB 1-2 kali per hari dengan tanpa dehidrasi. Dalam membantu penyembuhan luka pada pasien DM dengan masalah ulkus yaitu dengan perawatan luka menggunakan Cairan Nacl 0,9% yang merupakan cairan fisiologis yang efektif untuk perawatan luka dengan cara menjaga kelembaban, menjaga granulasi tetap kering, namun NaCl 0,9% merupakan elektrolit yang kandungan garamnya cukup tinggi, bila dibandingkan larutan gula (D40% atau madu) akan lebih mempercepat kesembuhan luka. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada 2 orang penderita Diabetes Melitus Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian, terlihat adanya efektifitas penyembuhan luka pada pasien ulkus diabetes Melitus setelah dilakukan perawatan luka dengan pemberian cairan NACL. Asuhan Keperawatan yang terintegrasi dari pengkajian, diagnosa intervensi dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dapat diterapkan oleh para perawat ruangan dalam melakukan perawatan luka menggunakan cairan Nacl 0,9% guna mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Kata Kunci : Cairan NACL, Luka, DM ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus ulcers are open wound on the surface of the skin or mucous membranes that the process arises from soft tissues injuries, formation of fissures between dry toes or callus formation. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that will suffer for live. Diabetes mellitus will have an impact on the quality of human resources and increase quite a lot of health costs. In helping wound healing in DM patients with ulcer problems, namely by wound care using 0.9% NaCl liquid which is an effective physiological fluid for wound care by maintaining moisture, keeping granulation high, when compared to sugar solution (D4% or honey) it will be more accelerate wound healing. The study uses descriptive research method with a case study approach on 2 people with Diabetes Mellitus in the Inpatient Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. The results of the study showed that there was an effectiveness of wound healing in ulcer patients in Diabetes Melitus test after wound treatment with NaCl solution. Nursing care is integrated in assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. This study can be applied by room staff in performing wound care using 0.9% NaCl liquid to accelerate wound healing.
