Aktivitas tubuh dengan intensitas rendah menjadi penyebab asam urat tinggi karena mempermudah penumpukan asam urat pada persendian. Mengajar termasuk ke dalam aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar asam urat pada dosen di Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan Kota Palembang Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pemeriksaan adalah dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang di Kampus Sukabangun Jurusan Analis Kesehatan dan Jurusan Gizi dengan jumlah 30 sampel. Bahan yang digunakan sebagai bahan pemeriksaan adalah serum. Metode pemeriksaan asam urat menggunakan Metode Uricase-PAP dengan alat spektrofotometer Biosystem BTS-310. Hasil penelitian dari 30 orang dosen sebanyak 26 orang (86,7 %) dengan kadar asam urat normal dan 4 orang (13,3%) dengan kadar asam urat tidak normal. Dari 4 orang dengan kadar asam urat tidak normal, berdasarkan umur sebanyak 4 orang (17,4%) dengan umur berisiko, berdasarkan jenis kelamin sebanyak 1 orang (7,1%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 3 orang (18,8%) berjenis kelamin perempuan, berdasarkan aktifitas fisik sebenyak 1 orang (4,3%) dengan aktifitas fisik aktif dan 3 orang (18,8%) dengan aktifitas fisik inaktif. Disarankan untuk responden diharapkan dapat melakukan pemeriksakan kesehatan secara rutin minimal 6 bulan sekali sebagai upaya deteksi dini penyakit. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari - Mei 2021. Populasi studi penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang dihitung berdasarkan rumah yang ada di RT 14 dan RT 15 RW 02 Kelurahan 23 Ilir Kecamatan Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang. Sampel dengan jumlah 93 ibu rumah tangga. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu secara simple random sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan ibu rumah tangga dengan tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) (42%), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) (16%), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) (40%) dan Perguruan Tinggi (2%). Pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga termasuk dalam kategori baik (77%), dan rendah (23%). Sikap ibu rumah tangga dalam kategori positif (58%), dan negatif (42%). Tindakan ibu rumah tangga dalam kategori baik (15%), cukup (26%), kurang baik (59%). Saran bagi ibu rumah tangga agar setiap rumah sebaiknya menyediakan tempat sampah yang memenuhi kriteria tempat sampah yang memenuhi syarat. Pada pembuatan sediaan lotion sering didapat sediaan yang kurang stabil karena faktor emulgator yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi trietanolamin yang optimal untuk menghasilkan sediaan lotion yang stabil dan memenuhi syarat. Maka dari itu peneliti membuat sediaan lotion dari ekstrak daun matoa (Pometia pinnata) yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan untuk menangkal radikal bebas. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dimana ekstrak daun matoa (Pometia pinnata) sebagai zat aktif diformulasikan menjadi sediaan lotion dengan memvariasikan trietanolamin sebagai emulgator dengan konsentrasi trietanolamin yang digunakan pada formula I 0.75%, formula II 1% dan formula III 1.25% dan konsentrasi zat aktif sama ditiap formula yaitu 3.86%. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi sediaan pada suhu kamar dan uji dipercepat (cycling test) ditinjau dari pH, daya sebar, Pemisahan fase, tipe emulsi, homogenitas, warna, bau dan iritasi kulit. Hasil : berdasarkan hasil yang didapat pH dan daya sebar pada uji penyimpanan suhu kamar dan uji dipercepat (cycling test) mengalami penurunan namun masih memenuhi syarat. Ditinjau dari tipe emulsi, pemisahan fase, homogenitas, warna, bau, dan iritasi kulit semua formula stabil dan memenuhi syarat. Kesimpulan: Ekstrak daun matoa (Pometia pinnata) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan lotion yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan. Background: One of the types of mental illness is schizophrenia, where the most common cause found, are hallucinations. The hallucinations that often occurred, in this case, are auditory. One of the ways to control auditory hallucinations is by conversing. When the client having a conversation with others, s/he will get distracted then his or her focus or attention will change over the hallucinations. Objective: to obtain an overview of the implementation of controlling auditory hallucinations through conversation. Method: The method used in this study is the literature review method where the source of the literature is obtained from the Google Scholar database (2014- 2020). Result: After searching for sources as many as 198 articles, the researcher took 5 articles which is relevant with the research topic about carrying out the implementation of conversing in auditory hallucinations patient. Conclusion: After carrying out the implementation of conversing with the auditory hallucination client, there is an influence on controlling hallucinations. When the client having conversations, s/he can transfer the hallucinations to the conversation. The client said that s/he did not hear the voice s/he usually heard. The client can socialize with his environment. The clients are happy and feel they have many friends. Suggestion: The implementation of conversing can be applied in helping clients to control the auditory hallucinations. For further researchers, it will be better to use more references from the source of citation-related to controlling hallucinations through conversation to facilitate further research.
