Hasil : Hasil yang didapatkan adalah adanya 5 jurnal yang membahas tentang penerapan teknik hypnobirthing pada ibu primigravida trimester III. Metode penerapan teknik hypnobirthing yang paling banyak ditemukan dalam survey literatur adalah metode eksperimen yang ditemukan sebanyak 4 kali dalam 5 jurnal atau sebanyak 80% . penerapan teknik hypnobirthing mempunyai empat teknik dasar yaitu relaksasi otot, relaksasi wajah, relaksasi napas dan relaksasi pikiran. Peneliti memandang bahwa penerapan teknik hypnobirthing berdampak positif bagi ibu primigravida trimester III dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada masa kehamilan. The purpose of implementing patient safety in the hospital is to protect patients from unexpected events. Falls are common in the elderly, sick people, or injured people who are weak. To prevent a client from falling and getting injured because of it, nurses should consider fall prevention guidelines in health care settings, although it seems likely that raising bed fences is an effective way of preventing falls. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study for the implementation of falling risk prevention nursing at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The case study subjects were 2 patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus with problems with tissue integrity disorders in the Ahmad Dahlan Room, Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang and started on March 11, 2022.Results: The results showed that the provision of wound nursing actions had an effective effect on reducing the infection experienced by the patient, so that the patient could carry out activities as usual and could increase the patient's knowledge about Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to have a wound care intervention to treat infection in Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem penyimpanan bahan makanan kering dan segar di Instalasi Gizi RS PUSRI Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Bulan Januari – Mei 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan secara luas dengan menjelaskan gambaran sistem penyimpanan bahan makanan kering dan segar di Instalasi Gizi RS PUSRI Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem penyimpanan bahan makanan kering dan segar di Instalasi Gizi RS PUSRI Palembang masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sesuai dengan PGRS, seperti pada suhu ruangan penyimpanan bahan makanan kering dan segar belum sesuai dengan prosedur, fasilitas peralatan penyimpanan bahan makanan kering sebesar 86.7% dan fasilitas peralatan penyimpanan bahan makanan segar sebesar 75%, prosedur penyimpanan di gudang bahan makanan kering telah terpenuhi sebesar 90%, serta sistem FIFO dan FEFO di gudang bahan makanan kering telah terpenuhi sebesar 90%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahan makanan kering dan segar di RS PUSRI berkategori baik, akan tetapi masih diperlukan peningkatan mengenai prosedur penyimpanan, fasilitas peralatan dan pemantauan suhu penyimpanan bahan makanan kering dan segar. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan dan waktu sentrifugasi terhadap kadar hematokrit. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 sampel. Dengan analisis data menggunakan One Way Anova. Hasil Penelitian : Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap kadar hematokrit berdasarkan waktu dan kecepatan centrifuge dengan p value 0.000 (<ɑ 0.05), dengan nilai rata-rata hasil pemeriksaan kadar hematokrit yang dicentrifuge 5 menit 12000 rpm adalah 38.73%, waktu centrifuge 2 menit 6000 rpm adalah 45.30%, waktu centrifuge 3 menit dan kecepatan 7000 rpm adalah 41.70, waktu centrifuge 7 menit dan kecepatan 10000 rpm adalah 37.60%, dan waktu centrifuge 8 menit dan kecepatan 11000 rpm adalah 40.02%. Kesimpulan : Adanya pengaruh terhadap kadar hematokrit berdasarkan waktu dan kecepatan sentrifugasi.
