Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Most Probable Number (MPN) Pada Jamu Asam Kunyit Dikecamatan Indralaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Uji Most Probable Number (MPN) ini menggunakan tabel MPN Thomas seri 5 1 1. Hasil penelitian 2 dari 5 sampel jamu asam kunyit yang didapatkan hasil positif karena terdapat gelembung pada tabung durham BGLB (confirmative test) dengan nilai MPN >3/ml yang diindikasikan bahwa sampel tercemar bakteri Coliform yang tidak memenuhi syarat atau standar. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan persyaratan maksimal total mikroba pada minuman tradisional sesuai SNI 7388:2009 adalah <3MPN/ml untuk Escherichia Coli. Hasil pemeriksaan 2 sampel dari 5 sampel pada jamu asam kunyit di pasar indralaya kabupaten ogan ilir mengandung bakteri Escherichia Coli, yang terdapat kontaminasi bakteri Escherichia Coli (40%).
