Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memonitoring kepatuhan minum obat dan kadar gula serta tekanan darah penderita diabetes militus. Metoda penelitian : Ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien diabetes militus yang berobat di Puskesmas Sako dengan menggunakan total sempling. Sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 24 responden. Hasil : Tingkat kepatuhan minum obat didapat hasil kepatuhan sedang sebanyak 14 responden (58.33%). Pemeriksaan gula darah dilakukan dengan 2 tahap.Tahap 1 menunjukkan kadar gula darah normal sebanyak 5 responden (20.83%) dan tahap 2 kadar gula normal 11 responden (45.83%).Tekanan darah normal Tahap I sebanyak 7 responden (29.17%) dan tahap 2 tekanan darah nomal sebanyak 18 responden (75%). Kesimpulan : Kadar gula darah yang terkontrol dapat mempertahankan tekanan darah dalam range normal, sehingga mencegah terjadinya hipertensi. Post partum mothers need adequate sleep rest to restore their health. In the problem of sleep pattern disturbances in post partum mothers, the management of fulfilling sleep needs is non- pharmacological by means of infared therapy. Method :In this case study a descriptive research type was used with the exploratory research method of the problem and analyzing the administration of phototherapy with infrared rays for post partum patients. Results :After the implementation of phototherapy nursing, it was found that sleep pattern disturbances in post partum mothers were fully resolved with the observations that had been made, namely adjusting the dose of lamp power, namely 100 watts, a distance of 40 cm towards the symphysis and navel of the mother with a duration of 15 minutes in 1 meeting, there was decreased sleep pattern disturbance, the patient's pain scale decreased, and the patient's level of knowledge increased. Conclusion :Seeing the results of this case study, phototherapy therapy is able to reduce sleep pattern disturbances in post partum maternal patients and this case study can be a reference in the world of nursing without ruling out other problems in order to improve the quality of patient-focused nursing care. Untuk mendapatkan senyawa aktif yang berkhasiat maka perlu dilakukan proses ektraksi. Kemudian ekstrak yang diperoleh agar dapat dibuat menjadi produk obat maka perlu dilakukan standarisasi mutu ekstrak. Pengujian mutu ekstrak dilakukan untuk mengetahui mutu ekstrak etanol daun encok (Plumbago zeylanica L.) yang diambil berdasarkan perbedaan waktu yaitu daun encok yang di ambil pagi (P) atau daun yang di ambil sore (S) yang akan memiliki mutu baik untuk dijadikan ekstrak. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Daun encok (Plumbago zeylanica L.) diambil pada P dan S. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% lalu di destilasi vakum sehingga menghasilkan ekstrak P dan ekstrak S. Masing-masing eksrak kemudian dilakukan pengujian standarisasi mutu ekstrak yang meliputi pengujian parameter spesifik dan non spesifik ekstrak (Depkes, 2000). Hasil : Ekstraksi daun encok diperoleh rendemen 7,96% untuk P dan 6,90% untuk S. Pada pengujian penapisan fitokimia ekstrak daun encok pagi secara semi kualitatif lebih baik. Kedua ekstrak telah memenuhi syarat untuk penetapan kadar sari larut etanol (Depkes, 1995) dan kadar air (Depkes, 2000). Ekstrak P pada penetapan kadar sari larut air tidak memenuhi syarat (Depkes, 1995). Kesimpulan : Dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun encok pagi pada pengujian parameter spesifik dan non spesifik lebih baik dalam penetapan rendemen, organoleptis dan kandungan senyawa dibandingkan ekstrak daun sore. DOTS merupakan strategi pengendalian TB yang dirancang untuk menghentikan penyebaran TB sehingga menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian TB di masyarakat. Namun, terlepas dari upaya pengendalian TB di banyak negara sejak 1995, sampai saat ini tuberkulosis (TB) tetap menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan telaah terhadap artikel yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan strategi DOTS (Direct Observed Treatment Short-course) sebagai upaya penanggulangan tuberkulosis. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Non Eksperimental dengan rancangan Narrative Review. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada berbagai artikel yang dipublikasikan di berbagai jurnal nasional di Indonesia dan internasional di berbagai negara lain dalam jangka waktu dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2022. Hasil: Menurut hasil telaah, didapatkan hasil bahwa pelaksanaan strategi DOTS pada penyakit tuberkulosis belum sepenuhnya optimal. Dimulai dari komitmen politis sudah saling mendukung akan tetapi dalam hal pendanaan belum. Penemuan kasus yang belum maksimal, ketersediaan obat yang sudah memadai, PMO belum bekerja sesuai fungsinya, pencatatan dan pelaporan secara online dengan SITT sudah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun masih ada petugas yang malas dan belum bisa. Serta angka kerbehasilan pengobatan atau treatment success rate yang masih banyak belum mencapai target. Kesimpulan: Dari 38 artikel yang membahas pelaksanaan strategi DOTS pada penyakit tuberkulosis didapatkan bahwa komitmen politis dan PMO yang paling belum berjalan secara maksimal sehingga belum bisa menurunkan angka tuberkulosis di Indonesia.
