DM tipe 2 memiliki beberapa komplikasi salah satunya yaitu Kaki diabetik. Kaki Diabetik adalah kelainan tungkai bawah akibat kadar glukosa darah yang tidak terkendali, kelainan kaki diabetik dapat menyebabkan adanya gangguan pembuluh darah, gangguan persyarafan, serta inflamasi yang dapat menyebabkan leukositosis. Leukositosis dapat terjadi karena menurunnya fungsi fagositosis dan merupakan respon imun tubuh terhadap infeksi yang terjadi.Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui Gambaran jumlah Leukosit pada Penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 dengan kaki diabetik Metode Penelitian:Penelitian ini adalah penelitian naratif studi literatur yang menggambarkan jumlah Leukosit pada Penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 dengan kaki Diabetik. Literatur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 artikel dari tahun 2014 s.d 2018 yang didapatkan dari sumber google scholar. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil pengkajian dari 8 literatur di dapatkan hasil jumlah jumlah rata-rata leukositosis sebanyak 40,3% dan range normal sebanyak 59,7%, rata-rata kategori usia ≥60 tahun sebesar 50%, kategori jenis kelamin perempuan rerata sebesar 32,9% rerata kategori jenis kelamin laki-laki sebesar 67,1% dan lamanya menderita dengan kategori waktu ≥7 tahun rerata sebesar 30,15%.Kesimpulan:tidak terdapat perbedaan jumlah leukosit yang bermakna antara pasien DM tipe 2 terkontrol dan tidak terkontrol baik berdasarkan umur, jenis kelamin dan lamanya menderita. They usually work from one place to another in unhealthy lifestyle. Unhealthy lifestyle will cause various diseases, such as elevated uric acid. This study was to determine the level of uric acid of intercity bus drivers in Palembang. The type of research was descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The analysis of uric acid used digital instrument with electode base biosensor method. Sample size were 41 bus drivers. The results showed that the average level of uric acid of the drivers was 5.8 mg/dL and 8 drivers (19.5%) with high purine intake. Based on purine intake, 4 drivers (40%) with high purine intake and 4 drivers (13.8%) with medium purine intake showed high level of uric acid. Based on nutritional status, 5 drivers (31.35%) with heavy nutritional status, 1 driver (5.3%) with normal nutritional status, and 2 drivers (33.3%) with thin nutritional status showed high level of uric acid. Based on knowledge of nutrition, 5 drivers (31.35%) with bad knowledge, 3 drivers (33.3%) with good knowledge showed high level of uric acid. Based on water intake, 5 drivers (15.6%) with normal water intake, and 3 drivers (33.3%) with abnormal water intake showed high level of uric acid. Based on age, 5 drivers (29.4%) with aged <40 years old and 3 drivers (12.5%) aged ≥ 40 years old showed high level of uric acid. It is suggested to the bus drivers to keep their health by consuming less purine, drinking more water, and doing exercise regularly. Berdasarkan prevalensi kejadian Diabetes Mellitus yang dari tahun ke tahun terus mengalami peningkatan dari jumlah penderita DM di Palembang pada tahun 2013 sebesar 22,79%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran standar porsi dan asupan zat gizi makro (Karbohidrat, protei, lemak, serat) pada DM type II di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti khadijah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian Deskriftif dengan rancangan cross sectional yaitu pengambilan data penelitian dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Sampel yang di gunakan sejumlah 33 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu personal computer dan analisis data yaitu analisi univariat teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian kadar glukosa darah tidak normal ditemukan sebanyak 51,5%. Sebagian besar konsumsi responden terhadap standar diet yang di anjurkan di katagorikan kurang sebanyak 54,5%, asupan energi kurang 63,4%, asupan karbohidrat kurang 63,4%, asupan protein baik sebanyak 60,6%, asupan lemak kurang 66,7%, asupan serat kurang 63,6%. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terlihat gambaran standar diet terhadap penurunanan kadar glukosa darah pasien DM type II ,dan saran agar pasien lebih teliti dan memperhatikan asupan yang di konsumsi agar glukosa darah pasien tetap di angka normal.
