Sebanyak 34 orang tua siswa telah dilibatkan dalam kegiatan yang mengiplementasikan metoda ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok terarah serta dilengkapi pemanfaatan media audio visual yang berisikan materi pengasuhan positif. Penilaian keberhasilan pelaksanaan edukasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara nilai peserta sebelum memperoleh edukasi serta setelah mengikuti edukasi. Penilaian dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan tertutup disertai alternatif jawaban. Orang tua menjadi penentu keterlaksanaan pengasuhan positif secara optimal disertai dukungan dan kerjasama guru. Diperlukan keseriusan dan konsistensi orang tua dalam menerapkan pola asuh positif melalui komunikasi efektif dan kedisiplinan penegakkan aturan. Title A name given to the resource Menggunakan Penentuan Faktor Estimasi Jumlah Trombosit Pada Sediaan Apus Darah Tepi Mikroskop Field Number (FN) 20 Subject The topic of the resource 18 (1969-2013) Description An account of the resource Estimasi jumlah trombosit selama ini ditentukan berdasarkan cara Barbara Brown (1976), yaitu hasil perkalian rata-rata trombosit per lapang pandang pembesaran objektif 100x dengan angka 20.000/mm3. Lensa okuler mikroskop modern memperlihatkan lapang pandang yang luas, maka trombosit akan terlihat lebih banyak. Faktor estimasi jumlah trombosit akan lebih tepat apabila ditentukan berdasarkan Field Number (FN) mikroskop. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel darah EDTA untuk hitung jumlah trombosit menggunakan automatic cell counter Sysmex XN-550. Dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan sediaan apus darah tepi dan pewarnaan Wright, untuk menentukan rata-rata trombosit per lapang pandang objektif 100x di zona V menggunakan mikroskop Olympus CX23. Selanjutnya ditentukan rasio jumlah dan rata-rata trombosit per lapang pandang untuk masing-masing sampel. Faktor estimasi adalah total rasio yang diperoleh dibagi besar sampel. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi persyaratan sebanyak 34 sampel, sampel diperoleh dari 20 pasien laki-laki (58,8%) dan 14 pasien wanita (41,1%) dengan umur berkisar antara 20 tahun sampai 42 tahun. Hasil hitung trombosit automatic cell counter terendah 165x109/L dan tertinggi 460x109/L. Nilai rata-rata trombosit per lapang pandang terendah adalah 9,9 dan tertinggi adalah 24,4. Total rasio semua sampel adalah 597,0 kemudian dibagi besar sampel sehingga 597,0=17,55. Jadi faktor estimasi jumlah trombosit yang diperoleh adalah 18, artinya 1 trombosit per lapang pandang setara dengan 18 x 109/L. Estimasi jumlah trombosit dapat dipakai untuk pelaporan hasil hitung trombosit bila tidak tersedia peralatan hitung trombosit, dengan faktor estimasi yang sesuai dengan FN mikroskop. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling with 102 respondents, conducted in March 2020. The statistical test of this study uses Chi-square and multiple logistic regression. Bivariate analysis results show that there is a relationship between stress (p-value 0.000, OR = 7.879, BMI (p-value 0.008, OR = 3.321), and physical activity (p-value 0.006, OR = 3.525) with menstrual cycle. Results of multivariate analysis of stress variables (p-value 0.000, Exp (B) = 6.960) and physical activity (p-value 0.033, Exp (B) = 2.805) with the menstrual cycle so that the determinant of this research factor is stress.
