Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui Kualitas Fisik,Kimia Air Bersih Terhadap Penyakit Diare Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 4 Ulu Kota Palembang Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan rancangan potong lintang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 106 sampel yang terdiri dari masyarakat yang mengalami diare dan tidak mengalami diare.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random.Teknik sampling yang digunakan simple random sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan analisis data 106 sampel yang mengalami diare sebanyak 51 (48,1) orang dan yang tidak mengalami diare sebanyak 55 (51,9), Dan untuk kualitas fisik,kimia air bersih yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak kekeruhan 16 (15,1), tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 96 (84,9), warna memenuhi syarat sebanyak 5 (4,7%), tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 101 (95,3), Bau memenuhi syarat 5 (4,7%),tidak memenuhi syarat 101 (95,3), Rasa memenuhi syarat 5 (4,7), tidak memenuhi syarat 101 (95,3%), Tds memenuhi syarat 106(100%), Ph memenuhi syarat 104 (98,1%), tidak memenuhi syarat 2 (1,9). Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan masyarakat banyak tidak terkena penyakit diare, kualitas fisik,kimia air bersih yang memenuhi syarat yaitu kekeruhan, Zat padat terlarut (TDS),dan pH. Metode: metode yang digunakan deskriptif analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik Responden didapatkan dengan non probability sampling berjumlah 70 penderita hipertensi. Kuesioner menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), dan kuesioner EuroQol-5 Dimension (EQ5D). Analsiis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Kualitas tidur buruk 60%, kualitas hidup buruk 62,9% , memiliki hubungan yang signifikan kualitas tidur dengan kualitas hidup (p value 0,0005). Kesimpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan bagi penderita Hipertensi memiliki bagian penting dalam menjaga kualitas tidur dan kualitas hidup selama pandemi dan tetap melakukan kontrol rutin. Type 2 diabetes is insulin resistance diabetes, this occurs due to a decrease in sensitivity to insulin. Quality of life is an individual's perception of his life in the context of culture and values held by individuals in relation to personal goals, expectations, standards of living, and concerns that affect physical, psychological, social relationships, and environmental abilities. Objective: To describe the quality of life of Type 2 DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Makrayu Health Center. Research Methods: This research is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. Data were collected using a Diabetes Quality of Life (DQOL) questionnaire. Sampling was done by purposive sampling on 53 respondents. The analysis used is univariate data analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate that the youngest age is 31 years and the oldest is 76 years. Respondents are female (54.7%). Respondents have complications of heart disease (54.7%), the average length of time suffering from Type 2 DM is 35.04 months. Quality of life of DM patients (56.6%) had good quality of life. Discussion and Suggestion: In this study, not all respondents have a good quality of life, this is influenced by characteristics, complications, blood glucose levels and the covid-19 pandemic. So it is hoped that the Makrayu Health Center will further increase activities in the DM community by holding exercise activities, checking blood sugar, and providing education, thereby improving the quality of life of DM sufferers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas mikrobiologis air bakteri Escherichia coli pada es balok dan es kristal yang dijual di Kota Palembang Tahun 2017 berdasarkan jenis es dan sumber air yang digunakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu total sampling dimana seluruh sampel es balok dan es kristal dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah es balok dan es kristal sebanyak 4 sampel yang diambil dari 1 pabrik es balok dan 3 pabrik es kristal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode isolasi dan identifikasi, yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan presumtive, confirmatif dan completed test. Hasil penelitian pada es balok dan es kristal menunjukkan adanya cemaran Escherichia coli sebanyak (25%), berdasarkan jenis es terdapat 1 sampel (100%) es balok positif Escherichia coli sedangkan pada es kristal tidak ditemukannya cemaran Escherichia coli (0%), berdasarkan sumber air terdapat 1 sampel (100%) air sungai positif Escherichia coli. Disarankan bagi masyarakat diharapkan untuk tetap berhati-hati dalam membeli es yang akan dikonsumsi karena masih ada bakteri pencemar lain yang dapat membahayakan apabila dikonsumsi dalam jangka panjang.
