The purpose of this study was determine the factors associated with the development of preschoolers. The method used is observational analytic cross sectional study. The amount sample of this study were 108 preschool children in Early Childhood Education (ECD). The used sampling technique was purposive sampling. Univariate data analysis using frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using chi-square, and multivariate logistic regression test. To find child development Denver II used methods that assess the development of social behavior, fine motor movement, gross motor movement and language. To get the data of participation in early childhood education, birth weight, parenting, sex, nutritional status, maternal education and education dad used questionnaires filled out by parents, whereas for assessing the nutritional status of use Registration Form Nutritional Status Monitoring (PSG) Toddler. The results of the study Test chi-square produce five independent variables (participation ECD, birth weight, parenting, sex and nutritional status) that have a significant relationship with the development of preschoolers and variable father's education and mother's education obtained does not have a meaningful relationship. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun tenaga kesehatan untuk menekan angka kesakita hipertensi baik farmakologi maupun non-farmakolog seperti hipnotherapy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui efektifitas terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan desain one group pra post test. Total dari populasi adalah 45 orang yang merupakan pasien hipertensi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 16 responden penderita Hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi maupun eksklusi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan 19 April-19 Mei 2021 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Periuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan lebih dari separoh pasien Hipertensi berusia 60-70bsebanyak 12 (75%) orang tahun dengan Jenis kelamin lebih dari separoh yaitu 11 orang (68,7%). Rerata tekanan darah pada pre yaitu sistol median 160 mmHg (SD 23,013), diastol median 130 mmHg (SD 8,944) dan post yaitu sistol median 90 mmHg (SD 14,083), diastol median 80 mmHg (83,75). Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat menggunakan uji wolcoxon karena data tidak berdistribusi dengan normal. hasil uji tersebut pada sistol antara pre dan post didapatkan p value 0,000 dan diastol pre dan post didapatkan 0,026. Kesimpulan: maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh hypnoterapi terhadap perubahan tekanan darah baik pada sistol maupun diastol. Sehingga didapatkan intervensi hipnoterapi cukup efektif digunakan untuk menurukan tekanan darah. Asupan energi kurang sebesar (58,5%), asupan protein kurang (65,9%), asupan lemak baik (53,7%) dan asupan karbohidrat kurang (53,7%). Aktivitas fisik termasuk kategori berat (100%). Pengetahuan gizi termasuk dalam kategori baik sebesar (65,9%). Sampel penelitian adalah siswi kelas XI dan XII yang berjumlah 70 orang. Analisis univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji statistik Paired Sampel T-Test dan Independent Sample T-Test pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan derajat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil penelitian dalam uji statistik univariat menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan rentang umur 16-17 tahun. Dari uji statistik Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap mengenai manfaat tablet tambah darah antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok pembanding dengan nilai p=0,000 dan p=0,000. Penderita diabetes melitus lebih rentan mempunyai kadar kolesterol tinggi. Terlalu banyak lemak di dalam darah menyebabkan kadar kolesterol tinggi. Jika dibiarkan, lemak dapat mengendap pada pembuluh darah dan menghambat aliran darah sehingga menghalangi darah kaya akan oksigen mencapai bagian tubuh tertentu. Inilah yang membuat pembuluh darah arteri menyempit karena penumpukan lemak tersebut. Jika terlalu tinggi kadar kolesterol dalam darah pada penderita DM dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya penyakit arteri koroner (Winardi, 2019). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan zat gizi makro, kolesterol dan status gizi terhadap kadar kolesterol total pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe II. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 36 responden. Hasil Penelitian ini menujukkan responden yang paling banyak berjenis kelamin perempuan (77,8%) dengan usia 50-64 tahun (72.2%). Status gizi normal (41.7%). Kadar kolesterol total tinggi (41.7%). Asupan energi lebih (58.3%), asupan protein kurang (61.1%), asupan lemak (72,2%), asupan karbohidrat lebih (50%) dan asupan kolesterol lebih (63,9%). Saran kepada pihak puskesmas dapat melakukan penyuluhan atau konseling kepada responden terkait penyakit diabetes melitus tipe II.
