Hasil : Berdasarkan penelitian yang pernah dilakukan oleh para ahli mengenai Pemberian Terapi Cairan Intravena pada kasus DBD didapatkan hasil implementasi pemberian terapi cairan intravena efektif dan penting dilakukan pada kasus DBD terutama pada anak. Namun harus diperhatikan durasi dan jumlah cairan yang diberikan karena bisa memicu terjadinya kelebihan cairan. Hasil pengkajian Ny.D mengeluh nyeri pada luka, pada luka terasa panas dan bengkak dan kaki terasa kebas. Ny.M mengeluhkan nyeri dibagian perut, kaki kesemutan, dan badan pegal-pegal. Diagnosa keperawatan yang didapatkan yaitu, nyeri akut, resiko infeksi dan intoleransi aktivitas. Perencanaan disusun berdasarkan teori yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi agar memperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan tujuan dan kriteria hasil yang ditentukan. Implementasi yang dilakukan untuk masalah Nyeri akut yaitu mengkaji tanda-tanda vital, mengobservasi daerah luka operasi, melakukan perawatan luka, menjelaskan tanda-tanda infeksi dan menganjurkan pasien untuk menjaga kebersihan. Subjek yang teliti berjumlah 2 orang dengan kasus dan masalah keperawatan yang sama, yaitu pasien diabetes melitus di puskesmas pulau pinang, penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 26-28 april 2022. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan implementasi keperawatan hasil perawatan luka membantu mengurangi masalah gangguan integritas kulit. Kesimpulan : Diharapkan dapat menerapkan implementasi keperawatan perawatan luka pada pasien diabetes melitus dengan masalah gangguan integritas kulit serta dapat dikembangkan lagi dan menjadi pembelajaran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Implementation of DM nursing on network integrity disturbance problems. One of the nursing interventions to deal with Gangrene Diabetic Wounds is the treatment of Nacl and Honey wounds. The purpose of this case study is to find out the description of the implementation of wound care nursing. Nacl and honey are useful as anti-inflammatories which function to relieve pain, help the wound healing process, and accelerate tissue growth. The design of this case study is to use a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as documentation. The research subjects were 2 respondents with gangrene problems at the Siti Fatimah Palembang Hospital in 2023 in March and April for 3 days. The research data was taken using observation and interviews. The results were obtained after applying NaCl and Honey wound care to both patients for 3 days. The differences in the wounds in the two patients, namely Patient I the wound looked dry, the color of the wound was red on a pain scale of 4, while Patient II had a wider wound, the color of the wound was greenish yellow, the pain scale was 6, the wound looked still wet.
