Keadaan ini ditandai dengan papila interdental yang memerah, bengkak, mudah berdarah disertai plak dan kalkulus yang mengakibatkan gingiva mengalami peradangan. Penyakit gingivitis ini menduduki peringkat kedua setelah penyakit karies gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gingivitis pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Makrayu pada bulan Maret tahun 2019 dengan populasi sebanyak 41 orang dan sampel 16 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ibu hamil yang mengalami gingivitis sebanyak 16 orang (39%) dimana terdapat pada trimester I sebanyak 3 ibu hamil (18,75%), trimester II sebanyak 6 ibu hamil (37,5%), trimester III sebanyak 7 ibu hamil (43,75%). Kesimpulan gingivitis pada ibu hamil berdasarkan trimester kehamilan di Puskesmas Makrayu paling banyak terdapat pada trimeseter III 7 ibu hamil (43,75%), Dengan ini perlu adanya kerjasama antara KIA dan dokter gigi dalam menangani masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut khususnya pada ibu hamil. Nurses have a big role in controlling anxiety with atraumatic care method, one of which is storytelling exercise. Storytelling aims to make children happy or be used as entertainment when being treated at the hospital and can reduce anxiety about children. Method: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were two cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever with Anxiety nursing problems at Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang in 2021. Data collection techniques were by means of observation, interviews and filling out research instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. The results of the assessment before being given therapy, the patient experienced severe anxiety. Results: The transfer activity exercise (Storytelling) has an effective effect on reducing the anxiety experienced by pediatric patients during hospitalization. Anxiety scores decreased significantly after the distraction technique with Storytelling was performed. Conclusions: All nursing plans that have been prepared based on theory can be carried out in the field on patients. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 32 responden didapatkan hasil penilaian tingkat pengetahuan tentang karies gigi sebelum bermain MOKEGI rendah yaitu (52,8% jawaban benar). Namun, setelah responden bermain MOKEGI pengetahuan tentang karies gigi meningkat yaitu (66,2% jawaban benar), dengan uji statistic didapatkan hasil P value 0,000 (< 0,05) secara statistic terdapat perbedaan bermakna tingkat pengetahuan Karies Gigi sebelum dan sesudah bermain Monopoli Kesehatan Gigi (MOKEGI). Terdapat peningkatan skor responden sebelum dan sesudah bermain monopoli kesehatan gigi (MOKEGI) terhadap pengetahuan karies gigi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 responden. Analisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Responden kriteria kurus 35 responden, Kriteria Normal 31 dan gemuk sebanyak 30 responden. Dapat disimpulkan Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara hubungan status gizi dengan karies gigi. Hasil uji square analisis hubungan status gizi dengan karies gigi DMF-T anak diperoleh nilai p-value 0.077 Untuk hasil analisis hubungan status gizi dengan karies gigi def-t diperoleh nilai p-value 0.578 dengan nilai signifikan (p-value 0.05). This study uses expressive writing therapy techniques to reduce excessive emotions in anxiety symptoms. Methods : The research design is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing care approach that is implied in nursing documentation. The sample technique used was purposive sampling with three male drug addict clients at the Ar-Rahman Palembang Narcotics Rehabilitation Center Foundation, which was held for 7 days from March 10 to 18, 2023. Result : The results showed that expressive writing therapy had an effect on the client's anxiety level. Conclusion : Expressive writing therapy can reduce anxiety in clients who are drug addicts.
