Techniques Nursing to Control Emotions in Patients With Violent Behavior
Problems at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra.
Diploma III Nursing Study Program, Department of Nursing Poltekkes
Kemenkes Palembang. Supervisor (1) : Sri Martini, S.Pd, S.Kp, M.Kes.
Supervisor ( II ) : Dr. Ira Kusumawati, S.Kp, M.Kes. MPH
Background: Violent behavior is a condition in which a person performs actions
that can harm physically, both to himself and to others. One implementation that
can be done to control violent behavior is a deep breathing relaxation technique.
Methods: Design This study uses a descriptive method. The sampling method
used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with violent
behavior problems who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation,
South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation.
The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives.
Results: The implementation of nursing in patients with violent behavior is
carried out through deep breathing relaxation techniques carried out through
BHSP activities and information on efforts and prevention, training patients to do
deep breathing relaxation techniques, facilitating patients to do deep breathing
relaxation techniques, and monitoring evaluations on patients. And the results
show that the patient can control his emotions
.Conclusion: The results of this study illustrate the need to implement deep
breathing relaxation techniques to control violent behavior.

<text>Melya. (2020). Overview of Nursing Implementation of Deep-Breathing Relaxation Exercise Technique in Postoperative Cholelithiasis Patients. Diploma III Nursing Program, Nursing Department of the Palembang Health Ministry of Health Polytechnic. Supervisor (I): Sulaiman, S.Pd., SKM., S.Kep., M.Pd., M.Kes. Advisor (II): Rumentalia, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp.Kom.
Background: Cholithiasis or formation of gallstones if cholesterol is found excessive in bile and is usually composed of a mixture of cholesterol and bile pigment. Cholesterolasis is often associated with "7F" risk factors (Fat, Fermale, Forty, Fertile, Fatty food intolerance, Flatulens and Family History). Other condition factors are liver cirrhosis, postoperative obesity, diabetes mellitus, fat disorders, low cholesterol levels, high insulin levels, and metabolic syndrome disorders. Management of cholelithiasis can be divided into 2, namely surgical and non-surgical. Non-surgical therapy can be in the form of stone lysis while surgical therapy can be in the form of laparotomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, open cholecystectomy, and exploration of the choledococcus channel. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce pain in post-cholecatic surgery patients. Methods: The design of this study was a narrative study of literature studies that discussed relaxation exercise techniques to improve pain in postoperative cholelithiasis patients surgery. Results: The results of the study used in this study consisted of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2019. Based on these 5 articles, the implementation of deep-breathing relaxation exercise techniques can reduce pain in patients following laparotomy surgery (cholelithiasis). Conclusion: In addition to pharmacological therapy, deep breathing relaxation exercise techniques (non-pharmacology) have been proven to be effective in reducing pain in patients with postoperative cholelithiasis/ laparotomy surgery.</text>
