Kep, Ns, M.Kes Latar Belakang : Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit infeksi menularNutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuhdisebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, kuman batang aerobik dan tahan asam ( Price dan Wilson, 2006).Berdasarkan data Global Report Tubercolosis tahun 2017 sebesar 6,3 setara dengan 61% dari insiden tuberkolosis 10,4 juta. (WHO, Global Tubercolosis Report, 2017).Kasus baru tuberkolosis yang terdeteksi di propinsi Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 5.389 kasus dengan pesentasi 64,9%, didominasi penderita laki-laki sebanyak 62% (Dirjen P2P Kemenkes RI tahun 1018).Pasien Rawat Inap kasus tuberkolosis par tahun di RSUD Palembang BARI tahun 2018 menjadi 115 pasien. Sedangkan jumlah kematian pasien rawat inap RSUD Palembang BARI dalam tiga tahun terakhir sebanyak 37 orang tahun 2016, meningkat pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 45 kematian dan menurun pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 16 kematian. Metode :Penulis menggunakan metode deskripsi, adapun sampelnya adalah klien M dan H, data ini diperoleh dengan cara yaitu : wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi aktivitas, memperoleh catatan dan laporan diagnostik, bekerjasama dengan teman sekerja. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3 hari diagnosa yang muncul yaituNutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh.Dalam implementasi sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan rencana tindakan yang telah diterapkan. Kesimpulan : Kerjasama antar tim kesehatan dan pasien atau keluarga sangat diperlukan untuk keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien sehingga masalah keperawatan Nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuhdapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sebagian masalah dapat teratasi. Namun pada saat melakukan aktivitas fisik seseorang seringkali tidak meyadari seberapa besar cairan tubuh yang dikeluarkan sehingga membuat darah menjadi mengental. Perubahan komposisi darah biasa dikenal dengan hematokrit yang diartikan sebagai perbandingan persentase volume darah yang ditempati oleh sel darah merah atau persentase darah yang berupa sel. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui perbandingan kadar hematokrit sebelum dan sesudah melakukan aktivitas fisik senam pagi. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini dilakukan secara analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data sekunder yang diteliti berdasarkan dari penelitian Sri Hartini Harianja, Ardiyah Garini dan Yusneli terhadap mahasiswi akbid budi mulya pada tahun 2019 yang terdiri dari 15 sampel . Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan distribusi statistik deskriptip didapatkan rata-rata kadar hematokrit sebelum dan sesudah aktivitas fisik sebesar 37.2% dan berdasarkan uji t dependent diperoleh nilai p=0,982. Kesimpulan : Tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar hematokrit sebelum dan sesudah melakukan aktivitas fisik ( p > 0.005).
