Methods: This case study is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore the problem of implementing Passive Range Of Motion in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang in 2022. The approach used is a nursing care approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. , planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Results: The results obtained after applying Passive Range Of Motion in patient I for 3 consecutive days, increased range of motion (ROM) and decreased muscle weakness. Whereas in Case II after the Range Of Motion for 3 consecutive days, the results showed that the range of motion (ROM) increased and muscle weakness decreased. Results: The results of the case study after the implementation of anxiety reduction nursing through playing puzzle therapy showed the results of patient 1 and patient 2 found that anxiety levels decreased. What was found was that there was a significant relationship between anxiety and giving puzzle play therapy to children with diarrhea. Physical changes that occur sometimes even cause discomfort to the mother, one of which is lower back pain, back pain that is not immediately resolved can cause long-term pain. One way to overcome this is by doing pregnancy exercises. Methods : The design of this study is a case study with a nursing care approach. The subject of the case study consisted of 2 cases, namely patients with third trimester pregnant women with low back pain problems. Location of the case study at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang which was held in April 2021. The data were collected using the maternity nursing care assessment format. Furthermore, the data is presented in tabular form. Results : The results showed that pregnancy exercise can reduce lower back pain in third trimester pregnant women. Before doing pregnancy exercise, the two patients experienced moderate pain, while after pregnancy exercise, the pain scale experienced by the two patients became mild pain. Conclusion : The implementation of nursing has shown success in overcoming the problem of low back pain in third trimester pregnant women.
