Gandus Palembang sebesar 41,79% jauh dari target nasional 80 %.&#13;

. Untuk meningkatkan&#13;
cakupan, salah satunya dengan penyuluhan ASI Ekslusif terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap&#13;
ibu bayi di Puskesmas Gandus yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan cakupan pemberian&#13;
ASI Ekslusif di Puskesmas Gandus. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitan adalah untuk menganalisa&#13;
Effektivitas penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu bayi. Metode : Metode&#13;
penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pre Test - Post&#13;
Test, jumlah sampel yang diuji sebanyak 77 ibu bayi berumur (0-60) bulan. Hasil : Hasil&#13;
penelitian ada pengaruh penyuluhan ASI Eklsusif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan&#13;
sikap ibu bayi. Simpulan : Efektitivitas penyuluhan dapat meningkatan pengetahuan dan&#13;
sikap responden secara signifikan. Saran : Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas,&#13;
hendaknya selalu memberikan penyuluhan pemberian Asi Ekslusif kepada ibu bayi secara&#13;
lebih efektif lagi.&#13;

sebesar 22.343 orang. Luka kaki diabetik adalah komplikasi utama dari diabetes &#13;
mellitus dengan prevalensi terjadinya luka kaki diabetik di Indonesia yaitu 15%. &#13;
Upaya mengatasi masalah luka kaki diabetik adalah dengan melakukan perawatan &#13;
luka modern dengan manajemn TIMERS melalui promosi caregiver. Tujuan : &#13;
Menggambarkan Penerapan TIMERS Pada Klien Dengan Luka Kaki Diabetik &#13;
dengan promosi pada caregiver. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain &#13;
studi kasus, dilaksanakan pada Desember sampai dengan Mei 2023. Dua orang &#13;
klien luka kaki diabetik dengan pemeriksaan gula darah sewaktu memenuhi kriteria &#13;
DM, grade I, II, III, dan caregiver yang bertempat tinggal sama dengan klien, &#13;
mengungkapkan minat dalam belajar. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan &#13;
bahwa perawatan luka modern dengan manajemen TIMERS dapat memperbaiki &#13;
integritas kulit/jaringan. Setelah dilakukan edukasi dengan melakukan observasi &#13;
terhadap keterampilan caregiver maka tingkat pengetahuan caregiver meningkat. &#13;
Kesimpulan : Asuhan keperawatan luka kaki diabetik dengan manajemen TIMERS&#13;
yang melibatkan caregiver dalam mengontrol faktor penunjang dan faktor &#13;
penghambat luka, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan perawatan luka yaitu integritas &#13;
kulit/jaringan membaik. Saran : Penggunaan PHMB (polyhexamethylene &#13;
biguanide) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan air, konsep TIMERS disesuaikan &#13;
dengan kondisi luka, dan praktisi luka diharapkan menilai luka kaki diabetik &#13;
terlebih dahulu sebelum menggunakan alternatif dressing seperti pembalut wanita.</text>

Background: Hallucinations are symptoms of mental disorders when patients &#13;
experience changes in sensory perception and feel false sensations in the form of &#13;
sound, sight, taste or touch and smell. Music therapy is a process that combines the &#13;
healing aspects of music itself with the conditions and situations experienced by &#13;
sufferers, such as physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, cognitive, and social needs &#13;
of a person.&#13;
Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies using &#13;
a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing &#13;
interventions, nursing implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Determination of &#13;
research subjects using purposive sampling technique, namely three schizophrenic &#13;
patients with auditory hallucinations at the Yayasan Mitra Mulia Banyuasin, South &#13;
Sumatra, which was held for seven days on January 31-February 6, 2022.&#13;
Results: The implementation of music therapy as an intervention in controlling &#13;
auditory hallucinations was effective in two patients, and not effective in one &#13;
patient.&#13;
Conclusion: Music therapy can be an intervention in controlling auditory &#13;
hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.&#13;

Implikasinya adalah bahwa manajemen keperawatan merupakan bagian penting dalam&#13;
manajemen rumah sakit secara keseluruhan. Supervisi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting&#13;
dalam fungsi actuating pelaksanaan. Supervisi memungkinkan manajer keperawatan&#13;
menemukan berbagai hambatan dan permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di&#13;
ruang perawatan. Kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan perlu mendapat perhatian dari pihak&#13;
manajemen agar kemampuan supervisi tetap dapat dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan, maka&#13;
perlu diadakan pelatihan atau training dengan metode yang aplikatif. Peer teaching method&#13;
merupakan metode aplikatif yang dapat digunakan dalam pelajaran androgogik atau&#13;
pembelajaran orang dewasa yang secara prinsip dapat dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan&#13;
kemampuan atau skill tertentu penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh&#13;
pelatihan supervisi Keperawatan dengan kemampuan supervisi kepala ruang rawat. Desain&#13;
penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen dengan rancangan prepost test desain. Populasi penelitian&#13;
ini adalah seluruh kepala ruang rawat di RSUP Dr Moh Hoesin Palembang. Sampel adalah&#13;
kepala ruang rawat yang berjumlah 25 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan simple random&#13;
sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 22 September sampai 15 November 2011. Analisis&#13;
bivariat dengan uji t terhadap dua kelompok berpasangan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil&#13;
penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan pelatihan supervisi melalui peer teaching&#13;
method terhadap pengetahuan kepala ruangan tentang supervisi (p value = 0,000) dan&#13;
kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan (p value 0,005). Disarankan bagi RSUP Dr Moh Hoesin&#13;
untuk melaksanakan pelatihan supervisi berkelanjutan merumuskan standar kebijakan dan&#13;
pedoman supervisi serta merumuskan standar pelayanan keperawatan dan mekanisme evaluasi&#13;

Objectives: This study aims to critically appraise and synthesize nurses’ learning culture of&#13;
patient safety in the hospital.&#13;
Methods: A qualitative phenomenological approach was followed. The purposeful sampling&#13;
method was employed. Eleven participants met the criteria’s including seven staff nurses, one&#13;
nurse team leader, one head nurse in the ward, one patient safety team and one head nurse.&#13;
Data were collected using in-depth interview protocol and analyzed using Colaizzi’s method.&#13;
&#13;
Results: Four main themes described the nurses’ learning culture of patient safety in the hos-&#13;
pital: (1) the stages of developing a learning culture with categories awareness, preparedness,&#13;
&#13;
implementation and maintenance; (2) learning activities with categories training; group learn-&#13;
ing through discussion and reflection of cases; individual learning; (3) learning culture support&#13;
&#13;
with categories managers, peers, and individuals; (4) learning focus with categories patient&#13;
safety goals and culture.&#13;
Conclusion: The learning culture of nurses was developed through 4 stages with a variation of&#13;
learning methods with the focus on goals and safety culture through the support of managers,&#13;
groups, and individuals.</text>

yaitu tema kondisi pasien kanker; support system masyarakat dalam pendidikan kesehatan&#13;
pasien kanker; dukungan sistem layanan kesehatan; nursing process untuk pendidik pasien;&#13;
dukungan pembelajaran. Tahap pengembangan model dihasilkan nurse educator model yang&#13;
valid dan teruji melalui konsultasi pakar, studi pilot dan konfirmational factor analysis melalui&#13;
SEM. Nurse educator model dikembangkan sebagai pendekatan dalam pembentukan perawat&#13;

disorders are emergency conditions that can cause death if immediate help is not given. This study&#13;
aims to obtain an overview of improving the ability of special lay people (security guards) in&#13;

providing basic life support after basic life support training is carried out. Methods: This is a pre-&#13;
experimental research with pre and post test design. The sample was ten security guards from the&#13;
&#13;
Palembang Ministry of Health Poltekkes, which were determined by purposive sampling. Data was&#13;
collected through questionnaires and a wide observation check list. The analysis was carried out&#13;
univariate and bivariate through the T Dependent test. Results: The research analysis showed that&#13;
there was a significant increase in knowledge and skills about BLS after BLS training using the&#13;
group competition method, p-value 0.0001. Conclusion: The training program with the group&#13;
competition method increases the ability of Basic life support.</text>
