Bronchial asthma is a non-communicable disease caused by chronic inflammation of the airways that causes hyperresponsiveness, mucus production, and mucosal edema. This causes recurrent symptoms such as dyspnea, wheezing, heaviness in the chest, and coughing, especially at night. The general objective is to describe the implementation of nursing for bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems. The design used is descriptive in the form of a case study, the samples taken are two people with the same medical diagnosis, namely bronchial asthma with ineffective airway clearance problems, at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The results showed that client 1 and client 2 were obtained. The results showed that the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems given to patients was able to reduce shortness of breath in patients. The conclusion of the study is that after implementing nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems, namely practicing effective coughing, adjusting the semi-fowler position, and giving warm drinks from both patients, it can be concluded that the three implementations can make the patient comfortable and can reduce the patient's shortness of breath. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Subjek penelitian kasus berjumlah sebanyak 2 orang dengan kasus dan masalah yang sama yaitu pasien hamil trimester III dengan masalah nyeri punggung bawah. Lokasi studi kasus di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022. Data diambil menggunakan format pengkajian asuhan keperawatan maternitas. Selanjutnya data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prenatal yoga dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III. Sebelum melakukan prenatal yoga kedua pasien mengalami nyeri dengan skala sedang, sedangkan setelah dilaksanakan prenatal yoga skala nyeri yang dialami kedua pasien menjadi nyeri ringan. Kesimpulan : Implementasi keperawatan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan adanya keberhasilan dalam mengatasi masalah nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III. While objective data is analyzed based on the results of physical examination then compared to normal values Results and Conclusions: After the implementation of the same nursing to both patients for 3 days the conclusion obtained is that the nutritional intake in patients has been sufficiently fulfilled and both patients showed an increase in consuming food so that patients were able to overcome the problem of nutritional deficits. Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 2 respondents, namely patients with a nursing diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis operating in the Ahmad Dahlan Inpatient Room, Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital, in March 2022. The data of this study were taken using interviews, observations and physical examinations carried out descriptively. And presented in a narrative. Results: The research obtained is the problem of ineffective airway clearance caused by physiological changes in patients with patient data complaining of shortness of breath, persistent coughing with phlegm and difficulty in expelling phlegm, implementation of ineffective airway clearance nursing in the form of effective coughing exercises and oxygen therapy, helping patients in reducing problems Clearing the airway is not effective, with the patient’s response to reduced shortness of breath and coughing up phlegm can be partially expelled. Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for effective cough training interventions to reduce the problem of ineffective airway clearance. At the level of development or adult age, the normal sleep pattern needed is about 8 hours a day. But nowadays it is found that people with hypertension only sleep 2-3 hours a day. The purpose of this case study is to provide nursing care to hypertensive clients with sleep pattern problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. Methods : The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were 2 cases of Hypertension with nursing problems of sleep pattern disorders in Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Data collection techniques were by means of observation, interviews and filling out research instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. The results of the assessment before being given therapy, the patient had disturbed sleep patterns and complained of difficulty sleeping. Results : Relaxation therapy has an effective effect on reducing pain and blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Blood pressure decreased after relaxation therapy. Conclusion : It is expected to be able to apply and develop the implementation of deep breathing relaxation techniques for Hypertensive patients with problems with fracture sleep patterns, they will feel relaxed, pain will be reduced and sleep patterns will be resolved. Diarrhea in children must be treated immediately by bringing the child to the hospital because diarrhea that is too frequent in children can cause disruption of the gastrointestinal system such as malabsorption which can lead to reduced nutrient intake in children and can lead to nutritional deficits in children with diarrhea. If this occurs in children, nutritional management measures are needed. Methods: This type of research design uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were 2 pediatric patients suffering from diarrhea, patient 1 was 6 years old and patient 2 was 7 years old who had nutritional deficit nursing problems. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Results: Implementation of effective nutrition management nursing to overcome the problem of nutritional deficits that occur in children with diarrhea by showing the results of weight gain in children every day during the nursing process. Discussion: It is hoped that the patient's parents can recognize the signs of diarrhea in children so that there is no nutritional deficiency problem and it is hoped that parents can apply the nutritional management that the author has taught.
