Subyek studi kasus adalah keluarga Tn.L dan Tn. A. Studi kasus dilakukan di rumah keluarga Tn. L dan Tn. A yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talang Betutu Palembang dengan melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 30 Mei - 8 Juni 2018. Hasil studi kasus pada keluarga Tn.L dan Tn. A didapatkan bahwa, hanya Ny. E (istri Tn. L) dan Ny. S (Istri Tn. A) yang mengalami hipertensi dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri kepala. Terdapat 4 masalah keperawatan pada kedua keluarga yaitu nyeri kepala, ansietas, intoleransi aktivitas dan resiko cidera. Intervensi dan Implementasi keperawatan yang dilakukan disesuaikan dengan intervensi yang telah disusun. Semua masalah keperawatan pada kedua keluarga teratasi pada hari ketiga. Dari pengkajian sampai diagnosa keperawataan keluarga pada keluarga Tn. A dan Tn. L didapatkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan dilapangan serta kesenjangan antara kedua keluarga. Diharapkan perawat keluarga dapat melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan menerapkan terapi komplementer khususnya pada masalah nyeri kepala pada hipertensi. As many as 1 billion people in the world or 1 in 4 adults suffer from this disease. In fact, hypertension cannot directly kill the sufferer, but hypertension triggers the occurrence of other diseases that are classified as severe and deadly and gives continuing symptoms for a target organ, such as stroke for the brain, coronary heart disease for the heart blood vessels and for the heart muscle. A person is declared to have hypertension when the blood pressure is high or exceeds the normal blood pressure value, namely 140/80 mmHg. This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The research subjects were 2 hypertensive patients with acute pain problems at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. After implementation in hypertensive patients with acute pain problems from the first day to the third day showed changes with decreasing the pain scale. The conclusions obtained are that there is a significant relationship between the incidence of hypertension and acute pain problems with the implementation of nursing, identifying the location of characteristics, duration, frequency and intensity of pain, teaching deep breath relaxation techniques and providing an explanation of the period, causes and triggers of pain.
