The aims of the study were (1): To describe the guided imagination technique in post-SC surgery mothers with acute pain problems. (2): Analyzing the results of the implementation of guided imagination technique therapy in post-SC surgery mothers with acute pain problems. Methods: This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the nursing implementation of guided imagination techniques and the provision of health education on guided imagination techniques. The case study subjects were two post sectio caesarea maternal patients with acute pain problems in the Siti Walidah Obstetrics Room, Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang and were carried out starting March 11, 2022. Results: The guided imagination technique has an effective effect on overcoming acute pain in post sectio caesarea mothers so that the acute pain experienced by mothers is reduced. Patient 1 from a pain scale of 8 to 2 and Patient 2 from a pain scale of 7 to 3. Both patients can also carry out activities independently and can increase patient knowledge about guided imagining techniques to reduce post sectio caesarea pain. Conclusion: The guided imagination technique in post sectio caesarea patients with acute pain can effectively reduce pain in both patients and can be used and developed again for further research. One of the treatments for breast cancer is surgery, either tumor removal or mastectomy. The problem that often arises in postoperative patients is pain, which can affect the patient's overall condition. Methods : This case study design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 2 respondents, namely post-mastectomy patients in the Surgical Room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, in March 2022. The case study data were taken using interviews, observations and physical examinations carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: After implementing acute post-mastectomy pain management with deep breathing relaxation therapy in both case study subjects for 3 days there was a 3 point reduction in pain scale, in patient 1 from pain scale 6 to pain scale 3, in patient 2 from pain scale 5 to a pain scale of 2, and both case study subjects were able to move and fulfill basic needs independently. Conclusion : Acute pain management with deep breathing relaxation therapy can reduce pain scale and help patients move quickly. Typhoid fever is a multi-organ disease caused mainly by Salmonella typhi serotypes and Salmonella paratyphi serotypes A, B, and C. Typhoid feveroccurs in the small intestine and can be transmitted through food, mouth, andwater contaminated with Salmonella and with symptoms of severe polybacterialdisease to relatively mild with low-grade fever, extending to diarrhea. The perceived problem is a nutritional deficit. To overcome and prevent nutritional deficits, nutritional management is necessary. The type of research used in this study was descriptive in the form of a casestudy to explore the implementation of nursing in children with typhoid fever with nutritional deficits. The case study subjects used in this nursing research were individuals whose cases were studied in detail and in depth. The subjects studied were two pediatric patients aged 1-4 years with the same cases and nursing problems, namely typhoid fever patients with nutritional deficit problems and willing to become respondents by signing informed consentre presented by the client's family. This case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The time of this research was carried out in March 2022. The results showed that nutritional management is effective in patients with nutritional deficits in any case, especially in cases of typhoid fever. Samonella bacteria are found in the feces and urine of sufferers. The general aim of this study is to describe the implementation of nursing in patients with typhoid fever with a warm compress technique to reduce hyperthermia. Method: This research is a descriptive study with a case study design, in the case of a decrease in body temperature with a warm compress technique through the nursing process approach carried out by the researcher. Data collection in this study was by measuring the child's body temperature using a thermometer, and comparing the temperature results after a warm compress was carried out using a body temperature comparison sheet after and after a warm compress. Results: The results of the study after the implementation of the warm compress technique showed that patient 1 and patient 2 showed that the body temperature had improved within the normal range. What was found was that there was a significant relationship between hyperthermia and giving warm compresses to children with typhoid fever. Discussion: The implementation of warm compresses in typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia can be applied because it is more effective in lowering body temperature in children. Implementation of Gymnastics Family Nursing (Aerobic Low Impact) on Reducing Blood Sugar Levels in Type II Diabetes Mellitus Patients. Supervisor (2) : Indra Febriani, S.Pd, M.Kes Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a group of symptoms that arise in a person due to an increase in blood glucose levels due to a progressive decrease in insulin secretion triggered by insulin retention. Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). The problem experienced is the instability of blood sugar levels. One of the implementations of nursing is in the management of 4 pillars, namely meal planning (diet), physical activity, medication, and education. However, it can reduce blood sugar through physical activity, namely implementing low impact aerobics. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study report. The samples taken were 2 respondents, namely clients with Diabetes Mellitus who experienced problems with unstable blood sugar levels in the working area of the Gandus Health Center Palembang, in February-March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, and physical examinations. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The results of research from client 1 and client 2 regarding the problem of unstable blood sugar levels showed that after the implementation of exercise (aerobic low impact) for 12 times in 4 weeks which lasted 30 minutes, it was able to reduce blood sugar levels of clients 1 GDS 189mg/dL and clients 2 GDS 187mg/dL. Conclusion: Exercise (aerobic low impact) to reduce blood sugar levels in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Background: The problem that can occur in normal post partum patients is the risk of infection of the perineal wound due to episiotomy, this action can cause a risk of infection if the area of the episiotomy suture wound is not treated properly and causes germs to enter the perineal wound. The risk of infection can be overcome through perineal care if done properly and regularly. Methods : This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the implementation of Perineal Care With Infection Risk Problems. The case study subjects were 3 patients with normal postpartum mothers with grade II episiotomy wounds with infection risk problems in the obstetrics ward of Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang. Results : The results showed that giving perineal care has an effective effect on overcoming the risk of infection experienced by patients with signs of REEDA infection not found (Redness = 0), (Edema = 0), (Echymosis = 0), (Discharge = 0 ), (Approximation = 0). Discussion : The results of this study illustrate the need for perineal care interventions to overcome the risk of episiotomy wound infection in normal postpartum patients.
