Methods : The research design used is descriptive in the form of case studies, the subjects taken are 2 people with a medical diagnosis of Asthma with ineffective airway clearance problems in the work area of the Palembang Merdeka Health Center on March 6-14, 2022. Results : The results showed that from client 1 and client 2 obtained eucalyptus aromatherapy inhalation therapy, sputum could be removed and airway clearance was effective and understood information and could apply eucalyptus aromatherapy steam inhalation therapy. Conversing with other people is one of the efforts that can be done to reduce the appearance of hallucinations in patients. However, research exploring the benefits of conversing is still very limited. Methods : This case study study aims to describe the implementation of conversational nursing techniques for auditory hallucinations patients conducted at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. This case study research is descriptive, with the implementation method using nursing care. The research data was taken by means of the assessment process, interviews, and direct observation. Conducted from January 31 to February 06, 2022. The subjects of the case study were three patients with auditory hallucinations. Results : After implementation on patients, it was found that speaking was effective in controlling auditory hallucinations. However, the inhibiting factor during implementation was that the researcher could not see directly the patient applying the way of conversing when his hallucinations appeared. Conclusion : Conversation is effective to control the hallucinations experienced by patients because it can divert patients from listening to unreal voices into real conversations. Hemodialysis has an impact, one of which is fatigue which can be given non-physical therapy in the form of deep breathing techniques. Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study with an improvement process approach consisting of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on developing deep breathing techniques on changes from fatigue that can be measured through FACIT. The case study subjects were three patients with the same problem, male and female, undergoing hemodialysis with activity intolerance at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2022. Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that requires good nutritional management, non-adherence to diet and eating patterns will result in instability of glucose in the blood. Methods: This research design uses a case study design with a descriptive method with a nursing care approach that includes assessment, diagnosis nursing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects in this study amounted to two cases of Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients with the same nursing problem, namely Nutritional Deficit. Results: Based on the results of the study conducted on patient 1 who was 39 years old with a body weight of 47 kg and BMI 18,3 and in patient 2 who was 67 years old with a weight of 48 kg and BMI 18,7, it was found that there was a problem of nutritional deficits in both patients with Type II DM medical diagnosis. After the implementation was given in the form of identification of nutritional status (BMI), oral hygiene measures, and DM diet education, it was found that the problem of nutritional deficits in patients was resolved marked by an increase in weight and BMI during nursing implementation. Conclusion: Implementation in the form of identification of nutritional status (BMI), oral hygiene measures, and DM diet education in both patients have been carried out in the research field. The case study subjects were two pediatric patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, patient 1 aged 3 years 5 months and patient 2 aged 5 years 9 months who experienced the same nursing problem, namely anxiety. The data collection technique was by means of observation, interviews and filling out case study instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. Results: The implementation of nursing provided in the form of distraction techniques of drawing and coloring has an effect on reducing the anxiety experienced by pediatric patients during hospitalization. Anxiety scores decreased significantly after drawing and coloring distraction techniques were applied. Background: Sectio Cesarean (SC) is delivery to give birth to a fetus, through surgery on the abdomen by slashing the uterine wall. Mothers after sectio caesarea will experience impaired physical mobility, resulting in not meeting their activity needs. Impaired physical mobility can be overcome through the implementation of mobilization support. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling as many as 2 respondents, namely postoperative sectio caesarea patients who underwent surgery at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, in March 2022. This research data was taken using interviews, observation and secondary data tracing, namely collecting data on the status of the patient. , progress notes, checklists and medical records. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Result : Mobilization support has an effective to overcome impaired physical mobility of postoperative sectio caesarea patients. Conclusion : The result of the study illustrate the need to implement mobilization support to overcome impaired physical mobility in postoperative sectio caesarea patients. In cases of breast cancer patients who will undergo breast removal surgery (mastectomy) show expressions that reflect anxiety, depression and negativism or rejection. Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 2 respondents, namely patients with pre-mastectomy surgery in the Surgical Room of Muhammadiyah Hospital, in March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, observations and physical examinations were carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The study found that sleep pattern disturbances were caused by psychological changes in patients with patient data complaining of difficulty sleeping, with poor categories of insomnia scores 13 and 12, the implementation of sleep support in the form of autogenic relaxation helped patients reduce sleep pattern disturbances with a response to decreasing insomnia scores to 7 and 6 and convey a more relaxed feeling after autogenic relaxation activities. Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for sleep support interventions in the form of autogenic relaxation to reduce disturbed sleep patterns.
