Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada diagnosa ketidakseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh yaitu menentukan program diet, melakukan pemeriksaan bising usus, dan mencatat adanya nyeri abdomen,mual,muntah, memberikan makanan melalui oral, berkolaborasi pemeriksaan gula darah dengan menggunakan “finger stick”. Setelah dilakukan tindakan 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil ketidakseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh yaitu masalah teratasi sebagian pada pasien 1 dan masalah teratasi pasien 2. Metodologi studi kasus ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi masalah implementasi keperawatan pasien Tn. R dan Tn. K di RSUD Bari Palembang. Pendekatan asuhan keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Subyek studi kasus adalah Pasien diare Tn. R dan Tn. K Studi kasus dilakukan di rumah ruang rawat inap RSUD Bari Palembang dengan melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 06 Juli – 08 Juli 2018. Hasil studi kasus pada keluarga Tn. R dan Tn. K didapatkan bahwa, hanya Tn. R yang mengalami diare dan Tn. K istrinya sekitar 1 tahun yang lalu pernah mengalami penyakit diare dengan masalah kekurangan volume cairan.
