Pain management in post sectio caesarea with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is lavender aromatherapy. Lavender aromatherapy provides a relaxing effect so that patients can adapt to pain. The purpose of this study was to reduce pain in post- SC patients. Methods: The research design is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 people with the same nursing cases and problems, namely post SC patients with acute pain in the Siti Walidah room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This research was conducted on March 8-13, 2022. Results: After implementing nursing, it was found that lavender aromatherapy helped reduce post SC pain with a pain reduction response in patient 1 from a scale of 5 to 2 and patient 2 from a scale of 6 to 2. Conclusion: Plan Nursing care that has been compiled based on theory and implementation has shown success in overcoming pain. Physical mobility disorders can be overcome through the implementation of early mobilization and the provision of health education. Early mobilization post sectio caesarea should be carried out as soon as possible to prevent complications of immobilization. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the implementation of Physical Mobility Disorders through teaching early mobilization and providing health education about early mobilization. The case study subjects were 2 post sectio caesarea with problems with physical mobility disorders in the Siti Walidah Midwifery Room at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital and carried out starting March 8, 2022. Purpose : The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to get an overview of the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The implementation of nursing that can be done on the problem of ineffective airway clearance is by monitoring breathing patterns, breath sounds and sputum, adjusting the semi�Fowler position, practicing effective coughing and providing health education about effective coughing techniques and their benefits. Subjects : The case study subjects studied were two patients with bronchial asthma with the same nursing problem, namely the problem of ineffective airway clearance. Research Method : The design of this study used a descriptive analytic method with case study exposure through a nursing implementation approach in bronchial asthma patients. People with diabetes mellitus will usually experience weight loss caused by glucose levels in the blood that cannot enter the body's cells, so that the cells lack fuel to produce energy, so energy has to be taken from other reserves, namely fat and protein. Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method with case study exposure through a nursing implementation approach in diabetes mellitus patients with nutritional deficit problems. Results: Based on the results of research conducted on both patients for 5 days to overcome nutritional deficits, it was found that there was an increase in appetite and decreased nausea and vomiting and after being given education about the DM diet, both patients were able to know how to do the correct DM diet. Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for intervention in nutritional deficits in patients with diabetes mellitus to achieve weight loss. Results: The results obtained after applying the moist wound healing procedure to patient I for three consecutive days, the wound dries up a bit, and reduces pus. Background: Insomnia is defined as a perception where a person feels that he or she does not get enough sleep or feels poor sleep quality even though the person actually has enough sleep opportunities, so that it can result in an unrefreshing feeling during or after waking from sleep. The general objective of this study is to implement the implementation of pain management by giving lavender aromatherapy to the elderly with sleep disturbance problems in the Merdeka Palembang Health Center Work Area in 2022. Methods: The research design used is descriptive in the form of case studies, the subjects taken are 2 people with medical diagnosis of Insomnia accompanied by headaches with problems with sleep patterns in the work area of the Merdeka Palembang Health Center, on March 6-14 2022. Results: The results showed that from client 1 and client 2 it was found that pain was reduced and the quality of sleep patterns improved and the client seemed to understand the information provided and can apply the giving of Lavender Aromatherapy and understand about Insomnia. Conclusion: The conclusions obtained are that there is a significant relationship between pain and sleep pattern disturbances by giving Lavender Aromatherapy to Insomnia sufferers with sleep disturbance problems in the work area of the Merdeka Palembang Health Center, and being able to understand health education about Insomnia.
