Methods: There were two patients studied, this study used descriptive analytical methods in the form of case studies by carrying out nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation by focusing on implementation of the problem of ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary TB patients. Conclusion: the results of the study showed that the implementation of nursing in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems given to patients was able to overcome and reduce sputum in the patient's airway. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination. The subjects of the study were two patients with type II diabetes mellitus with nutritional deficit problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The nursing implementation approach used includes identification of nutritional status: BMI, oral hygiene and providing education on diabetes mellitus diet. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days. Results: The study showed that after three days of implementation, the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by patients with weight experienced an increase in BMI of patient I to 18.5 and BMI of patient II to 17.96, improved oral hygiene, and increased knowledge. Conclusion: in overcoming nutritional deficits in patients with type II diabetes mellitus, there is no gap between theory and implementation in the field. Results: The results obtained after applying Passive Range Of Motion in patient I for 3 consecutive days, increased range of motion (ROM) and decreased muscle weakness. The purpose of this study was to reduce pain in gastritis patients. Methods: This type of research is descriptive in the form of case studies using a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, nursing implementation, and evaluation. The subjects studied were 2 patients with the same nursing cases and problems, namely patients with acute pain problems at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. This research was conducted from March 2, 2021 to March 13, 2022. Results: the results of the research that has been implemented, namely pain observation, the pain scale in the first patient is 6 and the second patient is 5, with deep breathing relaxation techniques there is a change in the pain scale to mild. with education about gastritis, after being presented with education the two patients already understood the disease they were suffering from. on collaborative drug administration, both patients were very cooperative and took medication on time. Conclusion: Judging from the results of this study, it is necessary to implement nursing with pain observation, deep breathing relaxation techniques, education about pain and collaboration in administering drugs to reduce acute pain, can be developed again and become lessons for further research. One implementation that can be done to control violent behavior is a deep breathing relaxation technique. Methods: Design This study uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with violent behavior problems who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: The implementation of nursing in patients with violent behavior is carried out through deep breathing relaxation techniques carried out through BHSP activities and information on efforts and prevention, training patients to do deep breathing relaxation techniques, facilitating patients to do deep breathing relaxation techniques, and monitoring evaluations on patients. And the results show that the patient can control his emotions .Conclusion: The results of this study illustrate the need to implement deep breathing relaxation techniques to control violent behavior. Background: Hyperthermia is a common nursing problem found in patients with typhoid fever. Nursing implementation through a nursing care approach is given to assist in decreasing body temperature. The purpose of this case study is to describe the implementation of hyperthermia management in patients with impaired body temperature balance. Method: This research method is descriptive using case study method. Implementation includes monitoring body temperature, warm compresses, recommending bed rest and collaboration of intravenous fluids and electrolytes. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang with 2 participants with typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia problems. Implementation is carried for 5 days in patient 1 and 3 days in patient 2. Rresult: the case study results showed a decrease in patient's body temperature, patient 1 from 38,5°C to 36,5°C while patient 2 from 39°C to 36,3 °C. Conclusion: The problem of hyperthermia in patients with typhoid fever can be resolved through an implementation approach to hyperthermia management. Results: changes in pain intensity after giving progressive muscle relaxation therapy, namely client I and Client II who previously experienced pain with a pain scale of 4 and 5 after the progressive muscle relaxation therapy action, the pain was reduced to a pain scale of 2, and given health education about hypertension to the client. and family so that the client seems to understand about hypertension. Conclusion: Research has found that headaches can be reduced by performing progressive muscle relaxation therapy in hypertensive patients. The perceived problem is pain and can be reduced through the implementation of aromatherapy. The purpose of this study was to reduce painin hypertensive patients. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 people with the same nursing cases and problems, namely hypertensive patients with impaired sense of comfort in the Work Area of the Merdeka Health Center Palembang. This research was conducted from March 7, 2022 to March 10, 2022. Results: After implementing nursing, it was found that lemon aromatherapy helped reduce hypertension pain with a pain reduction response in patient 1 from a scale of 5 to 3 and patient 2 from a scale of 5 to 3. Conclusion: It is hoped that the implementation of aromatherapy nursing inhypertensive patients with comfort disorders can be developed and can be further developed and become a lesson for further research.
