Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method with case study exposure through a nursing implementation approach in diabetes mellitus patients with nutritional deficit problems. Results: Based on the results of research conducted on both patients for 5 days to overcome nutritional deficits, it was found that there was an increase in appetite and decreased nausea and vomiting and after being given education about the DM diet, both patients were able to know how to do the correct DM diet. Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for intervention in nutritional deficits in patients with diabetes mellitus to achieve weight loss. The purpose of this paper is to obtain an overview of the implementation of clots in patients undergoing chemotherapy with anxiety problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. This type of research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. This research data was taken with basic nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning (intervention), implementation (implementation) and evaluation. The subjects of the study were 4 respondents with breast cancer with anxiety. The study was conducted in the chemotherapy room at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang.
