Supervisor (II): Sumitro Adi Putra, S.Kep, Ns, M.Kes Background : Benign Prostate Hyperplasia is a problem that often occurs in men over 50 years old because they often hold urine when they want to urinate, resulting in a progressive enlargement of the prostate gland causing various degrees of obstruction to urinary flow. Long-term management of patients with BPH is surgery. Surgical procedures have a side effect, namely pain. In terms of overcoming pain, a strategy that is often referred to as pain management is carried out, one of which is the provision of deep breathing relaxation techniques. Methods : This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results : The study was conducted for 3 days, the results showed that the pain of both patients was reduced seen from the pain scale indicators, namely pain scale 3 in patient 1 and pain scale 2 in patient 2. Conclusion : There is a change in pain scale in postoperative benign prostatic hyperplasia patients who have undergone surgery. given deep breathing relaxation techniques. Untuk kategori jumlah rokok yang dihisap per hari 1-10 batang 33,3% tidak normal, 11-20 batang 41,2% tidak normal, >20 batang 33,3% tidak normal. Untuk kategori sosial ekonomi/penghasilan per bulan diatas 1.500.000 39,4% tidak normal, dibawah 1.500.000 0% tidak normal. Metode pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan biakan pada media Sabouroud Dextrose Agar(SDA) dan dilihat secara makroskopis serta mikroskopis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 16 sampel yang didapatkan 81,7% positif jamur dan 18,3% negatif jamur. Berdasarkan Suhu diketahui dari 16 sampel didapatkan hasil 5 sampel positif dengan kategori suhu memenuhi syarat sedangkan 8 sampel positif dan 3 sampel negatif dengan kategori suhu tidak memenuhi syarat. Berdasarkan Ventilasi diketahui dari 16 total sampel didapatkan 81,7% sampel positif dan 18,3% sampel negatif dari kategori ventilasi tidak baik.Berdasarkan Frekuensi Pembersihan Diketahui dari 16 total sampel kategori frekuensi pembersihan pagi saja didapat 81,7% sampel positif dan 18,3% sampel negatif. Dengan demikian kepada penghuni asrama agar memperhatikan tetang kesehatan udara.
