<text>Hypertension is a condition of increased blood pressure that gives symptoms that
will progress to an organ resulting in a variety of life-threatening health
complications such as stroke (for the brain), coronary heart disease (for heart
blood vessels) and hypertrophy of the right ventricle, right ventricle hypnertrophy
(for the heart muscle). With the target organ in the brain in the form of a stroke
that brings high mortality, which is associated with high blood pressure systolic
and diastolic. To deal with high blood pressure, it is necessary to have the
implementation of nursing and family support. This research design uses
analytical descriptive method in the form of a case study through a collaborative
approach. The subjects of this case study are families who have hypertension
sufferers in the Work Area of 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang. The results of the
implementation in the form of Lavender Aromatherapy and health education to
both families can reduce systolic and diastolic high blood pressure and pain
management with the results of client 1 blood pressure number which was initially
150/90 to decrease with normal blood pressure of 120/80 and client 2 blood
pressure systolic and diastolic heights of 150/100 decreased with normal blood
pressure of 120/90. And on client 1, initially the pain scale started with 5, the pain
scale decreased to 1 and client 2 the pain scale was 5, there was a decrease to pain
scale 1. Looking at the results of this study, there was effectiveness in providing
family assistance to clients with hypertension in reducing diastolic systolic blood
pressure and pain management. . It is recommended that the implementation be
carried out on a scheduled basis for families and clients with hypertension on high
systolic and diastolic blood pressure they are experiencing.

caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosa which has a rod-like shape and is acid-resistant,
so it is known as BTA (acid-resistant rods) which is the main factor in Pulmonary
Tuberculosis. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case
studies with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination.
The research subjects were two pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficit
problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The nursing implementation
approach used includes identification of nutritional status: management of oral hygiene
and providing diet education. This study was conducted to compare two respondents
who had been given implementation for three days where 1 day was implemented 3
times, namely nutrition management, oral hygiene and diet education and was carried
out in the morning. Results: The study showed that after three days of implementation
the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by weight patients increased by 1 kg,
oral hygiene improved, and knowledge increased. Conclusion: in overcoming
nutritional deficits in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, there is no gap between theory

<text>Background: Auditory hallucinations, if not treated quickly, can have a very
bad impact on the patient, namely causing violent behavior so that it endangers
the people around him. Rebuking can be one solution to minimize the
appearance of auditory hallucinations in patients.
Methods: This research was conducted at the Mitra Mulia Foundation. This
study aims to provide an overview of the rebuke technique in an effort to break
hallucinations in schizophrenic patients. This case study research is descriptive.
The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the inclusion criteria of
experiencing stage I auditory hallucinations (Comforting) and not suffering from
physical pain. The data was obtained from the results of direct observations and
interviews conducted on January 31 to February 6, 2022.
Results: The results showed that rebuking can control the patient's whispering.
The inhibiting factor is not being able to evaluate when the patient is applying
the rebuke technique when the hallucinations appear.
Conclusion: Rebuking hallucinations while covering the ears can shift
concentration from the source of the hallucination to the real facts.

<text>Cancer is a disease that can start in almost any organ or tissue of the body when
abnormal cells grow uncontrollably, and invade parts of the body and spread to other
organs. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there will be 18.1
million new cancer cases and 9.6 million deaths this year. The purpose of this paper
is to obtain an overview of the implementation of clots in patients undergoing
chemotherapy with anxiety problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang.
This type of research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study.
This research data was taken with basic nursing care including assessment, diagnosis,
planning (intervention), implementation (implementation) and evaluation. The
subjects of the study were 4 respondents with breast cancer with anxiety. The study
was conducted in the chemotherapy room at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang.
The research was conducted by conducting interviews, observation and physical
examination. The results showed that after the implementation of Ny. L, Mrs. F, Mrs.
S and Mrs. D with cancer for one day (one day care) for anxiety, shows the patient's
anxiety has not been resolved, but shows improvement in conditions such as
decreased anxiety, decreased anxiety, and the patient looks relaxed. Looking at the
results of this study, it is hoped that with the description of this study, other
researchers can implement implementation in breast cancer patients with anxiety
problems without other problems to improve the quality of patient-focused care.

experienced psychiatric problems and 2,473 patients (7%) experienced anxiety. The purpose
of this paper is to obtain an overview of nursing implementation in patients undergoing
preoperative appendicitis with anxiety problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang.
This type of research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. This
research data was taken with basic nursing care including assessment, nursing diagnosis,
planning (intervention), implementation (implementation) and evaluation. The research
subjects studied were 4 respondents with preoperative appendicitis with anxiety problems.
The research was conducted in the Ibnu Rasyid room at Muhammadiyah Hospital in
Palembang. The research was conducted by conducting interviews, observation and physical
examination. The results showed that after the implementation of Ny. T, Mrs. D, Mr. M and
Mr. B with Preoperative for one day for anxiety problems, showed the patient's anxiety had
not been resolved, but showed improvement in conditions such as decreased anxiety,
decreased anxiety, and the patient seemed relaxed. Looking at the results of this study, it is
hoped that with the description of this research, other researchers can implement nursing
implementation in preoperative appendicitis patients with anxiety problems without ruling
out other problems in order to improve the quality of patient-focused nursing care.
Key words: nursing care, implementation, preoperative, appendicitis, anxiety problems

<text>Background: Diabetes Mellitus is known as a disease related to nutrition, the
main function of nutrition is to provide energy for body activities, from the
structure of the skeleton and body tissues and regulate various chemical processes
in the body. In Diabetes Mellitus, the wrong diet can disrupt the imbalance
between nutritional intake or nutrient adequacy on the fulfillment of nutrition for
patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Compliance with diabetes mellitus patients to the
principles of nutrition and meal planning is one of the obstacles. Many people
with Diabetes Mellitus feel tortured in connection with the type and amount of
food that is recommended. Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive
analytic in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach
which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation,
evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects used in this study were
individuals and families. The research subjects to be studied amounted to two
cases with the same nursing problem, namely Diabetes Mellitus Type II with a
Nutrition Deficit problem. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah
Hospital Palembang in 2022. Results: Implementation of nutrition management
nursing (observation, therapeutic, education, collaboration) to overcome
nutritional deficits, namely weight gain and reduced nausea. Suggestion: It is
hoped that patients and families can implement nursing in overcoming nutritional
deficits in type II diabetes mellitus patients independently in order to improve
health status.

<text>Damayanti, Erika Sherly. 2022. Implementation of Nursing Pain Management in
Post-Fracture Surgery Patients with Acute Pain at Siti Fatimah Hospital,
South Sumatra Province. Diploma III Nursing Program, Department of
Nursing Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. Advisor (I): Devi Mediarti, S.
Pd., S.Kep., M.Kes. Supervisor (II): Syokumawena, S.Kep., M.Kes
Background: Fractures are usually caused by trauma which is influenced by the
type and extent of trauma. Fracture pain is a problem that often occurs in
postoperative fracture patients. The problem raised in this case study is acute pain
in postoperative fracture patients. The purpose of this case study is to implement
pain management in postoperative fracture patients.
Methods : The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study.
The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing
diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation. The
subjects in this study were 2 people with the same criteria, namely postoperative
fracture patients. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South
Sumatra Province, on March 18, 2022 and April 5, 2022.
Results : The results showed that pain management with non-pharmacological
techniques in the form of deep breath relaxation was effective for reducing pain in
postoperative fracture patients, in patient 1 before pain management was carried out
with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of breath relaxation techniques
on a pain scale 6, after deep breathing relaxation techniques were carried out as
many as 3-5 times then the pain scale becomes 4. Meanwhile for patient 2 before
pain management with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of breath
relaxation techniques on a pain scale of 7 are carried out, after 3-5 deep breath
relaxation techniques are carried out, the pain scale becomes 4.
Conclusion : It is hoped that it can apply and develop the implementation of deep
breathing relaxation techniques for adaptation to postoperative fracture pain so that
postoperative fracture patients will feel relaxed and reduce pain.
