Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis that attacks the lung parenchyma characterized by the formation of granulomas. Ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary tuberculosis patients will cause nursing problems that can cause respiratory function disorders. This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing implementation in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems. The case study subjects studied were at least two people with the same nursing problem, namely the problem of ineffective airway clearance. The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore the problem of nursing implementation of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems at the Palembang Bari Hospital in 2022. In this case study, there are two types of data analysis used, namely subjective data and objective data. The results of the case study show that the implementation of nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems is to adjust the semi-Fowler position, assess respiratory function and practice effective coughing. Of the three implementations that have been carried out, it can overcome the problem of ineffective street cleaning in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and most of them are in accordance with the action plan that has been implemented. Pain problems can be reduced through non-pharmacological pain management with rheumatic exercises. Methods: This writing design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Subject taken as many as 2 respondents, namely families with Rheumatoid Arthritis sufferers who experience chronic pain problems in the working area of the 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang, in February-March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews and pain assessments from the NRS. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The results of research from client 1 and client 2 regarding chronic pain problems showed that the implementation of rheumatic exercise was carried out for 4 weeks, 1 week was carried out 3 times, so that the total intervention was 12 times with a duration of 30 minutes for each intervention. The results of the evaluation showed that there was a decrease in the pain scale. On client 1 from a scale of 6 to a scale of 3, while client 2 from a scale of 5 to a scale of 2. Approximately 15 million people suffer a first stroke each year, with a third of these cases or about 6.6 million resulting in death (3.5 million women and 3.1 million men). Method : This writing aims to provide a description or description of the management of stroke in patients with impaired physical mobility at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The type of descriptive research with nursing care approach is in the form of assessment, data analysis, formulating nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the treatment of stroke with problems with physical mobility disorders. Management of impaired physical mobility was carried out for 3 days on Mrs S and Mr B with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Methods: This type of writing is descriptive in the form of case studies, the approach used is a nursing implementation approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, implementation and evaluation. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who were about to perform a mastectomy who had been given implementation. Results: The results showed that after the implementation of patient 1 and patient 2 for three days for anxiety problems, the anxiety experienced by both patients was resolved. Conclusion: Seeing the results of this study, it is hoped that with the description of this study, other researchers can implement nursing implementation in preoperative patients with anxiety problems without ruling out other problems in order to improve the quality of patient-focused nursing care.
