Hyperbilirubinemia is a problem that often occurs in newborns. Patients with neonatal hyperbilirubin were treated with phototherapy and exchange transfusions (Kristina, et al, 2015 in Ihsan 2017). The general objective of this study is to be able to carry out the implementation of nursing in hyperbilirubin infants with the problem of meeting the nutritional needs of breast milk at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2021. The methods used in collecting data in this case study are interviews and observations. Samples were taken from 2 babies who experienced hyperbilirubin at Muhammadiyah hospital in Palembang, the implementation of nursing gave health care to the baby's mother, and collabiration in giving phototherapy. The results of the study of Baby Mrs N and Baby Mrs L showed that there was a change in the presence of pathological hyperbilirubin to physiological hyperbilirubin. There was an increase in weight.
