Hasil: peneliti menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan Implementasi Keperawatan Manajemen Nutrisi selama tiga hari untuk mengatasi masalah defisit nutrisi pada pasien I dan pasien II berat badan pasien mengalami peningkatan IMT, pasien I 18,5 dan IMT pasien II 18,2, nafsu makan meningkat, dan pengetahuan meningkat.. Kesimpulan: hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan perlunya intervensi defisit nutrisi pada pasien diabetes mellitus untuk mengatasi turunnya berat badan. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination. The subjects of the study were two patients with type II diabetes mellitus with nutritional deficit problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The nursing implementation approach used includes identification of nutritional status: BMI, oral hygiene and providing education on diabetes mellitus diet. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days. Results: The study showed that after three days of implementation, the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by patients with weight experienced an increase in BMI of patient I to 18.5 and BMI of patient II to 17.96, improved oral hygiene, and increased knowledge. Conclusion: in overcoming nutritional deficits in patients with type II diabetes mellitus, there is no gap between theory and implementation in the field. One of the treatments for breast cancer is surgery, either tumor removal or mastectomy. The problem that often arises in postoperative patients is pain, which can affect the patient's overall condition. Methods : This case study design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 2 respondents, namely post-mastectomy patients in the Surgical Room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, in March 2022. The case study data were taken using interviews, observations and physical examinations carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: After implementing acute post-mastectomy pain management with deep breathing relaxation therapy in both case study subjects for 3 days there was a 3 point reduction in pain scale, in patient 1 from pain scale 6 to pain scale 3, in patient 2 from pain scale 5 to a pain scale of 2, and both case study subjects were able to move and fulfill basic needs independently. With the target organ in the brain in the form of a stroke that brings high mortality, which is associated with high blood pressure systolic and diastolic. To deal with high blood pressure, it is necessary to have the implementation of nursing and family support. This research design uses analytical descriptive method in the form of a case study through a collaborative approach. The subjects of this case study are families who have hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang. The results of the implementation in the form of Lavender Aromatherapy and health education to both families can reduce systolic and diastolic high blood pressure and pain management with the results of client 1 blood pressure number which was initially 150/90 to decrease with normal blood pressure of 120/80 and client 2 blood pressure systolic and diastolic heights of 150/100 decreased with normal blood pressure of 120/90. And on client 1, initially the pain scale started with 5, the pain scale decreased to 1 and client 2 the pain scale was 5, there was a decrease to pain scale 1. Looking at the results of this study, there was effectiveness in providing family assistance to clients with hypertension in reducing diastolic systolic blood pressure and pain management. . It is recommended that the implementation be carried out on a scheduled basis for families and clients with hypertension on high systolic and diastolic blood pressure they are experiencing.
