The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study to explore the problem of implementing warm compress nursing in typhoid fever children with hyperthermia problems at Bhayangkara Hospital. The case study design used in this scientific paper is a descriptive method with the presentation of case studies through a nursing care approach in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway problems at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2023. Approach used in this scientific paper are assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing Results: The results of the study after the implementation of effective coughing practice nursing with effective coughing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were shown to have an effective increase in coughing, decreased sputum production, decreased dyspnea, decreased anxiety, and improved breathing patterns.
