Implementasi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan pada masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas adalah memberikan edukasi cara perawatan tuberkulosis paru, mengatur posisi semi fowler, latihan teknik batuk efektif, kolaborasi pemberian obat nebulizer. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif analitik dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan melakukan asuhan keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi dengan memfokuskan implementasi pada penerapan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Adapun subyek penelitian studi kasus yang diteliti sebanyak 2 pasien dengan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas yang dirawat di Ruang Baung Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Keperawatan Tuberkulosis Paru Dengan Masalah Ketidakefektifan Bersihan Jalan Napas yang diberikan kepada pasien mampu mengatasi berkurangnya sputum yang ada pada jalan napas pasien. The subjects of the case study used were two children aged 1-13 years who had the same nursing problems, namely children with typhoid fever and hyperthermia. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital and Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in April 2021. After 3 days of treatment, it was found that patient 1 experienced a decrease in body temperature from 39 ° C to 37 ° C and patient 2 from 38.8 ° C to 36.8 ° C. research shows that warm compresses and collaborative drug administration are effective in lowering the body temperature of children with typhoid fever with hyperthermic problems.
