Subjek penelitian yang diteliti berjumlah 2 keluarga dengan masalah nyeri pada penderita gastritis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik pada tangal 13-20 Mei. Dari pengkajian didapatkan hasil bahwa Ny. E dan Ny. S merasakan nyeri,mual, dan muntah apabila gastritis nya kambuh. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditemukan pada kedua klien yaitu nyeri dan difsiensi pengetahuan. Implementasi yang dilakukan pada kedua klien adalah kompres hangat, relaksasi nafas dalam serta penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penyakit dan cara meredakan nyeri dan menyarankan klien periksa ke pelayanan kesehatan terdekat jika nyeri tidak berkurang. Implementasi ini diberikan kepada klien dan keluarga agar dapat melakukan tindakan secara mandiri unutk mengurangi rasa nyeri yang dirasakan. Evaluasi dari tindakan yang telah dilakukan adalah teratasi secara keseluruhan. Saran yang bisa disampaikan diharapkan implementasi ini dapat dilakukan kepada keluarga dan bahan pembelajaran untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada penderita nyeri gastritis. To deal with high blood pressure, it is necessary to have the implementation of nursing and family support. This research design uses a method in the form of a case study through the nursing implementation approach. The subjects of this case study are families who have hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of the Makrayu Health Center, Palembang. The results of the implementation of cucumber juice and health education to both families can reduce systolic and diastolic high blood pressure with the results of the client 1 blood pressure number which was initially 150/100 became a decrease with normal blood pressure numbers 120/70 and client 2 high systolic blood pressure. and diastolic 140/110 to be decreased with a normal blood pressure reading of 120/80. Seeing the results of this study, there is effectiveness in providing the implementation of family nursing to clients with hypertension in reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure. (2) : Sherli Shobur, SKM, MKM Background : Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disease in which the joints (hands and feet) become inflamed, resulting in painful swelling and can cause damage to the inside of the joint. Pain problems can be reduced through non-pharmacological pain management with rheumatic exercises. Methods: This writing design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Subject taken as many as 2 respondents, namely families with Rheumatoid Arthritis sufferers who experience chronic pain problems in the working area of the 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang, in February-March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews and pain assessments from the NRS. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The results of research from client 1 and client 2 regarding chronic pain problems showed that the implementation of rheumatic exercise was carried out for 4 weeks, 1 week was carried out 3 times, so that the total intervention was 12 times with a duration of 30 minutes for each intervention. The results of the evaluation showed that there was a decrease in the pain scale. On client 1 from a scale of 6 to a scale of 3, while client 2 from a scale of 5 to a scale of 2. So it was concluded that there was a decrease in the pain scale by 3 points.
