Music therapy is a type of relaxation procedure that aims to provide a sense of calm, help control feelings and improve mental problems. Methods : The type of research used is descriptive in the form of a case study using a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, nursing implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Determination of subjects in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely three schizophrenic patients with anxiety problems at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, Palembang. Kombinasi bentonit dan kaolin dalam sediaan clay mask dapat menghasilkan stabilitas yang baik dengan saling melengkapi sifat fisik satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi bentonit dan kaolin yang optimal untuk menghasilkan clay mask yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan. Clay mask diberi penambahan ekstrak daun sirih (Piper betle L.) sebagai zat aktifnya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan zat aktif ekstrak daun sirih (Piper betle L.) sebanyak 3% dengan memvariasikan bentonit dan kaolin berturut-turut 1% dan 35% pada formula kontrol dan II, 0.5% dan 40% pada formula I serta 1.5% dan 30% pada formula III. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi penyimpanan 28 hari pada suhu kamar dan 12 hari uji dipercepat (Cycling test) yang meliputi pH, viksositas, daya sebar, waktu mengering, homogenitas, warna, bau dan iritasi kulit. Hasil : Hasil evaluasi penyimpanan suhu kamar dan uji dipercepat (cycling test) menunjukkan bahwa semua formula memenuhi persyaratan. Formula yang paling stabil terdapat pada formula II dengan persentase kenaikan pH dan viskositas serta penurunan daya sebar dan waktu mengering terendah. pH formula II berada pada rentang 5.98-6.20 dengan viskositas 35.120,21 cps-35.578,85 cps, daya sebar 4.4-4.6 cm dan waktu mengering 13.02-16,03 menit. Seluruh formula dinyatakan homogen, tidak mengalami perubahan warna dan bau serta tidak mengiritasi kulit. Kesimpulan : Ekstrak daun sirih (Piper betle L.) dengan konsentrasi 3% dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan clay mask yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan serta dapat bertahan selama 12 bulan. Pilihan pertama dalam pengobatan demam tifoid adalah pemberian antibiotik. Pengobatan demam tifoid dengan antibiotika yang tepat sangatlah penting karena dapat mencegah terjadinya komplikasi serta mengurangi angka kematian. Seftriakson merupakan antibiotik yang sering digunakan pada pengobatan demam tifoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan seftriakson pada kasus demam tifoid di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Banyuasin. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian non eksperimental dengan rancangan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dengan melihat rekam medis pasien demam tifoid di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Banyuasin periode 1 Januari 2020 – 31 Januari 2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 rekam medik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Banyuasin selama Februari – Mei 2021. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, secara umum rentang usia penderita demam tifoid adalah 6 – 11 tahun dan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin tidak ada perbedaan, sebanyak 100% pasien demam tifoid diberikan dosis seftriakson dengan tepat, tepat lama pemberian seftriakson sebanyak 2,86%, dan juga tepat rute pemberian seftriakson sebanyak 100%. The complementary of warm steam with peppermint aromatherapy, can be done to obtain relaxation toward the physical condition and psychological postpartum. The purpose of this research to know the influence of warm steam with peppermint aromatherapy to production of breast milk on mother’s postpartum. Methods: The design of research is quasi experimental pretest-posttest with control group. The sampling technique research was use consecutive sampling. The samples to this research is mothers postpartum with normal childbirth, totaled 15 samples for the intervention group and 15 samples to the control group. Results: Data analysis to this research use different analysis mean dependent sample paired t- test. The result of statistical tests obtained p value = 0.084, so can be concluded there is no difference breast milk production between the control group with intervention group before given warm steam with peppermint aromatherapy. Peppermint aroma can make skeletal muscle relax, so blood vessels will vasodilation to increase blood flow into the breast. Conclusion: Statistic test results obtained p value = 0.001, it can be inferred there is difference between the production of breast milk the control group with intervention group after given treatment warm stream with peppermint aromatherapy. Therefore, mother’s postpartum still need trained to able to perform a warm steam therapy with aroma peppermint independently at home. Dalam suatu perusahaan industri penggunaan mesin dan alat kerja mendukung proses produksi dan berpotensi menimbulkan kebisingan yang disebabkan oleh suara mesin, mesin tua, getaran mesin (Hz), saluran pembuangan pada mesin. Semakin tinggi intensitas kebisingan maka semakin bahaya bagi pekerja yang bekerja di PT tersebut. Upaya pengendalian terhadap intensitas kebisingan dapat dilakukan dengan identifikasi bising dengan pemetaan kebisingan (Noise Mapping) atau dengan cara teknik pengendalian kebisingan secara konseptual berdasar hirarki pengendalian resiko yaitu eliminasi, substitusi, enginering control, isolasi, pengendalian administratif, APD. Tujuan : Diketahuinya intensitas kebisingan dan pemetaan kebisingan pada PT. H Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain penelitian crosssectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 3 lokasi kebisingan yang ada di PT. H yaitu pada produksi basah, produksi kering dan pompa IPAL. Sampel adalah jumlah titik kebisingan yang ada di area produksi basah yaitu sebanyak 10 titik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah intensitas kebisingan dan pemetaan kebisingan (noise mapping). Desain penelitian menggunakan Studi Literatur, dengan menganalisis dan menyimpulkan berdasarkan dari peneliti yang sudah ada. Dari hasil yang dihimpun peneliti data yang diperoleh bernapas dari mulut dengan karies pada anak pra sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dengan jumlah sample 1813 anak, 29,4% anak yang memiliki kebiasaan buruk bernapas dari mulut.
