M.Kes Latar Belakang: Hipertensi atau yang dikenal dengan nama penyakit darah tinggi adalah suatu keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah di atas ambang batas normal yaitu 120/80 mmHg. Bila tekanan darah sudah lebih dari 140/90 mmHg dinyatakan hipertensi (batas tersebut untuk orang dewasa di atas 18 tahun). Peningkatan tekanan darah yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu lama (persisten) dapat menimbulkan kerusakan pada ginjal (gagal ginjal), jantung (penyakit jantung koroner) dan otak (menyebabkan stroke) bila tidak dideteksi secara dini dan mendapat pengobatan yang memadai. Penderita hipertensi juga sering kali merasa nyeri di bagian kepala. Metode: Studi kasus ini menggunakan proses pengkajian, analisa data, interpensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi terhadap penderita Hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri kepala. Hasil: Implementasi telah dilakukan selama tiga hari untuk mengatasi nyeri kepala pada penderita hipertensi yaitu, 1. Promosi kesehatan (lima tugas keluarga) 2. Relasasi nafas dalam dan 3. Kompres hangat. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama tiga hari perawatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan kedua klien merasakan nyeri kepalanya berkurang semenjak dilakukan perawatan dan keluarga memahami tentang perawatan yang telah diajarkan. Kesimpulan: Implementasi keperawatan keluarga yang telah dilakukan pada dua klien yaitu: 1. Promosi kesehatan (lima tugas keluarga) 2. Relasasi nafas dalam dan 3.
