Dari data yang diperoleh di Rumah Bersalin Citra Palembang 2019 didapatkan bahwa kunjungan ibu hamil dari januari-November sebanyak 299 orang dengan cakupan Pelayanan K1 berjumlah 254 (85%) kunjungan ibu hamil K4 berjumlah 225 (75%) terdapat 489 (61,14%) ibu bersalin, 489 (61,14%) ibu nifas, dan 489 (61,14%) bayi baru lahir (Medical Record Bersalin Citra) Tujuan penulisan laporan tugas akhir adalah untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. V selama masa hamil, bersalin, nifas serta bayi baru lahir di Rumah Bersalin Citra Di Palembang Tahun 2020 menggunakan metode pendokumentasian SOAP. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study). Objek atau sasaran pada studi kasus ini adalah Ny.’V’ umur (31 tahun) mulai dari kehamilan,persalinan,dan nifas. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara (anamnesis) dan pemeriksaan fisik (inspeksi, palpasi, auskultasi, dan perkusi). Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik pada asuhan kebidanan kehamilan yang dilakukan selama kehamilan. Pada Asuhan Kebidanan persalinan terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek yaitu tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri lengkap yaitu tidak mengenakan kaca mata dan penutup kepala, sedangkan untuk asuhan kebidanan di nifas terdapat kesenjangan teori dan praktek yaitu ibu nifas tidak mendapatkan kapsul vitamin A Dalam laporan tugas akhir ini, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswi telah dapat melakukan pengkajian data subjektif dan objektif, menganalisanya untuk menetapkan diagnosis, serta melakukan penatalaksanaan yang benar dan tepat dalam melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny.“V” di Rumah bersalin citra Palembang tahun 2020. Diharapkan agar sarana dan tenaga kesehatan dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kebidanan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif.
