Berdasarkan usia didapatkan hasil suspek DM terdapat pada usia lansia 100% dengan 14 orang (28%) kadar glukosa tinggi serta tidak ditemukannya kadar glukosa rendah. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin didapat 29 orang (58%) perempuan dengan kadar glukosa tinggi 7 orang (24,1%), dengan 21 orang ( 42%) laki-laki dengan kadar glukosa tinggi 7 orang (33,3%). Berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) didapat pada (IMT) Underweight yaitu 16 orang (32%) dengan 3 orang (18,75%) kadar glukosa tinggi, pada (IMT) Normal didapat 20 orang (40%) dengan 4 orang (20%) kadar glukosa tinggi, dan pada (IMT) Overweight didapat 10 orang (20%) dengan 5 orang (50%) kadar glukosa tinggi, serta pada (IMT) Obesitas I didapat 4 orang (8%) dengan 2 orang (50%) kadar glukosa tinggi. Kesimpulan : Beberapa kasus yang terjadi yang dipengaruhi bedasarkan variabel usia, jenis kelamin dan IMT. Namun, pada umumnya pasien suspek Diabetes Mellitus mempunyai kadar glukosa nornal. Saran: Melakukan pola hidup sehat dan rutin memeriksakan kadar glukosa darah sebagai upaya deteksi dini Diabetes Mellitus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manfaat ekstrak buah bit (Beta vulgaris L) sebagai pendeteksi formalin pada daging ayam segar. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian metode eksperimental karena adanya perlakuan terhadap Kadar Ekstrak yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok terhadap daging ayam dan formalin yang terbagi menjadi 3 kategori. Data dianalisis dengan K Related Q-Cochran dan Kruskall wallis menggunakan aplikasi analisa statistik.Hasil: Berdasarkan Uji Kruskal wallis menunjukkan Ekstrak umbi bit bisa mendeteksi kadar formalin dengan nilai P (P Value) < 0.05. Berdasarkan Uji Krelated Q-Cochran menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kinerja dari ketiga jenis ektrak dengan nilai P (P value) < 0.05.Kesimpulan: Ekstrak umbi bit signifikan dapat mendeteksi kandungan formalin pada daging ayam. Yang dapat terjadinya pecahnya arteri dan keluarnya darah ke ruang subaraknoid mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan TIK yang mendadak, meregangnya struktur peka nyeri, sehingga timbul nyeri kepala hebat.Penatalaksanaan manajemen nyeri yang dapat dilakukan untuk klien yang mengalami Stroke dengan cara nonfarmakologis,salah satunya dengan Terapi Pijat. Tujuan Penelitian: Menggambarkan penerapan Terapi pijat pada klien Stroke dengan masalah nyeri. Metode penelitian : Studi kasus ini mengeksplorasi penerapan terapi pijat pada 2 orang klien stroke yang mengalami nyeri, terapi diberikan 3 kali selama 20 – 30 menit setiap hari. Hasil penilitian : Setelah dilakukan pemijatan di daerah telapak kaki klien 1 nyeri diamati menurun pada hari ke 3 skala nyeri 5, dan klien 2 nyeri diamati menurun pada hari ke 2 dengan skala nyeri 5 dan pada hari ketiga skala nyeri 4. Kesimpulan : Terapi pijat pada area refleksi kaki klien menurunkan nyeri pada klien stroke.
