Untuk metode penelitiaan menggunakan desain quasi exsperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh skor rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberi penyuluhan dengan media video animasi (14,65) setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dengan media video animasi (18,25), sedangkan skor rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberi penyuluhan dengan media boneka tangan (13,95) dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dengan media boneka tangan (17,50). Selisih skor rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberi penyuluhan menggunakan media video animasi adalah 3,60 sedangkan yang diberikan penyuluhan menggunakan media boneka tangan adalah 3,55 sehingga selisih skor rata-rata pengetahuan dengan media video animasi dan boneka tangan adalah 0,05, dengan nilai p value 0,948 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan skor pengetahuan setelah penyuluhan menggunakan media video animasi maupun media boneka tangan. Osteoarthritis (OA) merupakan golongan rematik sebagai penyebab kecacatan yang menduduki urutan pertama dan akan meningkat dengan meningkatnya usia. Masalah yang sering timbul pada osteoarthritis salah satunya adalah nyeri. Salah satu managemen nyeri yang dapat dilakukan secara nonfarmakologi yaitu dengan menghangatkan persendian yang sakit dengan melakukan kompres hangat dengan buli-buli. Proses vasodilatasi yang terjadi pada saat pemberian kompres hangat dapat melebarkan pembuluh darah sehingga dapat meningkatkan aliran darah pada bagian yang nyeri. Kompres hangat bekerja dengan cara konduksi, yaitu terjadinya perpindahan panas dari buli-buli ke dalam sendi yang terasa nyeri. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 2 responden yaitu keluarga penderita osteoarthritis dengan masalah nyeri kronis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Merdeka Palembang Tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi perubahan skala nyeri dari skala 3 menjadi skala 0 / tidak terjadi nyeri pada klien osteoarthritis yang telah diberikan tindakan kompres hangat menggunakan buli-buli. Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya dukungan dari tenaga kesehatan dalam pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dalam mengatasi nyeri yang dialami oleh penderita osteoarthritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Metode Ceramah dan Case-Based Group Discussion terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Post Partum tentang Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim. Manfaatnya untuk dapat menambah pengetahuan serta wawasan peneliti mengenai pengaruh metode ceramah dan case-based group discussion terhadap pengetahuan ibu post partum tentang pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimental dengan desain the one group pretest and posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 sampel. Pengambilan data dilakukan di RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner pada bulan februari 2020. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Menunjukkan ρ value pada Metode Ceramah dan Case-Based Group Discussion yaitu masking-masing ρ value = 0,003 (ρ < 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh pada kedua metode tersebut terhadap pengetahuan ibu post partum tentang pemberian ASI Eksklusif. (2): Analyzing the results of the implementation of guided imagination technique therapy in post-SC surgery mothers with acute pain problems. Methods: This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the nursing implementation of guided imagination techniques and the provision of health education on guided imagination techniques. The case study subjects were two post sectio caesarea maternal patients with acute pain problems in the Siti Walidah Obstetrics Room, Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang and were carried out starting March 11, 2022. Results: The guided imagination technique has an effective effect on overcoming acute pain in post sectio caesarea mothers so that the acute pain experienced by mothers is reduced. Patient 1 from a pain scale of 8 to 2 and Patient 2 from a pain scale of 7 to 3. Both patients can also carry out activities independently and can increase patient knowledge about guided imagining techniques to reduce post sectio caesarea pain. Conclusion: The guided imagination technique in post sectio caesarea patients with acute pain can effectively reduce pain in both patients and can be used and developed again for further research.
