Title A name given to the resource The effect of nutrition education on balanced-nutrition knowledge and macronutrient intake among adolescent Description An account of the resource Counseling on balanced nutrition is unknown among the wider community, especially school students. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the delivery of messages and principles regarding balanced nutrition. The study analyzed comics and booklets on increasing knowledge level of nutrition and macronutrient intake in adolescents. The study employed a quasi-experimental design, which pre-test and post-test intervention compared to control. The sample of this study was junior high school students selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The respondent in this study was 150 students of junior high school in Palembang, Indonesia. Paired t-test and ANOVA test as well as regression correlation were used as statistical analysis. The results showed differences in knowledge of the balanced nutrition and macronutrient intake after comic intervention compared to booklets and no intervention. Untuk meningkatkan cakupan, salah satunya dengan penyuluhan ASI Ekslusif terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu bayi di Puskesmas Gandus yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan cakupan pemberian ASI Ekslusif di Puskesmas Gandus. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitan adalah untuk menganalisa Effektivitas penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu bayi. Metode : Metode penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pre Test - Post Test, jumlah sampel yang diuji sebanyak 77 ibu bayi berumur (0-60) bulan. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh penyuluhan ASI Eklsusif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu bayi. Simpulan : Efektitivitas penyuluhan dapat meningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap responden secara signifikan. Saran : Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas, hendaknya selalu memberikan penyuluhan pemberian Asi Ekslusif kepada ibu bayi secara lebih efektif lagi. Gerakan 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (1000 HPK) merupakan suatu gerakan percepatan perbaikan gizi yang diadopsi dari gerakan Scaling Up-Nutrition. (SUN)Movement. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Drama 1000 HPK Terhadap Pengetahuan, Sikap, asupan zat gizi Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas 11 Ilir Palembang. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan pre test – post test with control. Sampel adalah ibu hamil trimester I sampai III sebanyak 80 orang dengan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat, dengan menggunakan uji statistik Paired t-test dan Independent Sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah penyuluhan media drama 1000 HPK terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, asupan gizi ibu hamil dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap, asupan E, P, KH, Fe (p <0,05), dan tidak ada perbedaan asupan lemak ibu hamil pada kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding. Disarankan kepada petugas gizi puskesmas agar lebih meningkatkan frekwensi penyuluhan khususnya materi 1000 HPK dengan menggunakan beragam media yang menarik seperti media audio visual (video drama) dan ceramah serta diskusi tanya jawab sehingga ibu hamil lebih mudah memahami dan mengingat isi pesan serta lebih siap dalam melahirkan generasi yang sehat cedas dan berkwalitas. Title A name given to the resource Analis Prilaku Anak Dalam Memilih Makanan Jajanan Di 3 Sd Kecamatan Sukarame Palembang Description An account of the resource Makanan Jajanan (FAO) didefenisikan sebagai makanan dan minuman yang dipersiapkan dan dijual oleh pedagang kaki lima di jalanan dan di tempat-tempat keramaian umum yang langsung dapat dimakan atau dikonsumsi tanpa pengolahan atau persiapan lebih lanjut. Makanan jajanan sudah menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat, baik di perkotaan maupun di perdesaan. Konsumsi akan makanan jajanan di masyarakat terus meningkat mengingat makin terbatasnya waktu anggota keluarga untuk mengolah makanan sendiri (Winarno, 2002 dalam saputra, 2012). Berdasarkan survei awal, terlihat banyak siswa yang membeli makanan jajanan ketika jam istirahat maupun pulang sekolah baik di kantin maupun di luar pagar sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perilaku anak dalam memilih makanan jajanan di 3 SD Kec. Sukarame Palembang Tahun 2015, Jenis penelitian bersifat survey analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional, sampel adalah siswa dan siswi kelas V (lima) berjumlah 79 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling dan Sistematik Random Sampling. Data dianalisis secara Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan uji Chy Square. Hasil penelitian menujukkan pengetahuan anak tentang pemilihan makanan jajanan sebagian besar baik yaitu 75,95%, Sikap anak sebagian besar mendukung yaitu 64,56% dan Perilaku anak sebagian besar baik 69,62%. Hasil analisis bivariat ada hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap mengenai pemilihan makanan jajanan dengan Perilaku anak memilih makanan (p value 0,001 dan 0,000). Disarankan agar pihak sekolah selalu memantau penjual makanan baik di dalam maupun di luar pagar sekolah untuk menyediakan makanan yang sehat dan bersih serta aman dikonsumsi anak sekolah. Design penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan dua grup. Ada 30 kelompok perlakuan dan 30 kelompok pembanding. Kelompok perlakuan mengkonsumsi 50 ml VCO setiap hari selama 3 hari berturut-turut dan diberikan konseling gizi, sedangkan kelompok pembanding hanya diberikan konseling gizi setiap hari selama 3 hari berturut- turut. Proses penelitian dimulai pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2013 di Puskesmas Sosial Palembang SumSel. Analisis data menggunakan uji T Paired yaitu untuk membedakan tensi darah setelah mengkonsumsi Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA) dan uji T independent untuk membedakan tensi darah pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok pembanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh bermakna konsumsi MCFA pada kelompok perlakuan (p<0.05) dibandingkan dengan kelompok pembanding dan ada perbedaan bermakna (p<0.05) tensi darah diakhir penelitian pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok pembanding. Anak wasting ditandai dengan badan yang kurus akibat kurangnya asupan zat gizi sehingga massa tubuh tidak sesuai dengan tinggi badan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas edukasi terhadap pola asuh makan, asupan zat gizi makro dan berat badan pada balita wasting di puskesmas sukarami. Besar sampel adalah 60 balita wasting yang berusia 6-59 bulan yang ada di puskesmas sukarami. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimen) penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh jawaban atas hipotesis yang disusun,menggunakan rancangan Pre Test – Post Test dengan menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan form recall. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired T�test dan Independent Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang bermakna pada pengetahuan antara sebelum dan sesudah edukasi (p=0.000), asupan zat gizi makro antara sebelum dan sesudah edukasi, energi (p=0.001), protein (p=0.010), lemak (p=0.001) dan karbohidrat (p=0.001) dan ada pengaruh yang bermakna pada berat badan antara sebelum dan sesudah edukasi (p=0.000). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada perubahan pola asuh makan, asupan zat gizi makro dan perubahan berat badan pada balita wasting sestelah diberikan edukasi melalui WA grup secara efektif selama 7 hari.
