Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah gangguan sistem peredaran darah yang menyebabkan tekanan darah seseorang mengalami peningkatan diatas normal atau tekanan sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Hipertensi merupakan penyakit dengan multifaktor, salah satu faktor risiko hipertensi yaitu tingginya kadar trigliserida (hipertrigliseridemia). Hipertrigliseridemia akan menimbulkan masalah terutama pada pembuluh darah dan jantung. Meningkatnya kadar trigliserida dapat menyebabkan arteriosklerosis yang akan mengurangi diameter pembuluh darah sehingga menjadi sempit dan akhirnya akan menyebabkan penyumbatan di pembuluh darah. Tingginya kadar trigliserida pada penderita hipertensi di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu, Umur, Jenis Kelamin, Indeks Massa Tubuh, Kebiasaan Merokok. Tujuan penelitian:Untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar trigliserida pada penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara kota Palembang tahun 2020. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif Observasional, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan maret-mei 2020. Populasi studi penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi di RS Bhayangkara Kota Palembang. Sampel dengan 16 penderita hipertensi. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square. Hasil Penelitian: didapatkan kadar trigliserida dengan rata-rata 160,38 mg/dl, normal 62,5% dan tidak normal sebanyak 37,5%. Berdasarkan umur ≥40 tahun kadar trigliserida tidak normal 62,5%. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin kadar trigliserida tidak normal ditemukan pada laki-laki 40,0%. Berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh kadar trigliserida tidak normal pada obesitas 75,0%. Berdasarkan kebiasaan merokok kadar trigliserida tidak normal ditemukan pada perokok (100%). Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian didapat kadar trigliserida normal 62,5% dan tidak normal 37,5%. Saran: Penderita hipertensi agar lebih patuh terhadap pengontrolan kadar trigliserida untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya komplikasi. Penerapan senam kaki diabetes ini dapat digunakan untuk memperlancar peredaran darah bagian kaki dan mencegah terjadinya pembengkakan dan luka pada kaki. The sampling method used was purposive sampling of 2 respondents, namely post operative Sectio Caesarea patients who underwent surgery at Bhayangkara M. Hasan Hospital Palembang, in March 2023. The research data was taken using interviews, observation and secondary data tracking, namely collecting data that on status, progress notes, checklists and medical records. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: Based on research that has been conducted by experts regarding the Guided Imagery Technique in post Sectio Caesarea patients with acute pain, the results showed that the Effect of the Guided Imagery Technique can reduce pain in post Sectio Caesarea patients. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi carbopol 940 yang dapat menghasilkan spray gel yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan dengan zat aktif daun kersen (Muntingia calabura. L) yang berfungsi sebagai tabir surya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dengan zat aktif esktrak etanol daun kersen (Muntingia calabura. L) yang diformulasikan dalam sediaan spray gel dengan memvariasikan konsentrasi carbopol 940. Konsentrasi zat aktif yang digunakan dalam setiap formula adalah 3% serta konsentrasi carbopol 940 sebesar 0,4% pada formula I, 0,5% pada formula II dan 0,6% pada formula III. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi sediaan pada suhu kamar dan uji dipercepat (cycling test) meliputi pH, viskositas, homogenitas, daya sebar, kondisi semprotan, warna, bau, iritasi kulit, dan nilai SPF. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, pH dan daya sebar sediaan pada penyimpanan suhu kamar dan uji dipercepat (cycling test) mengalami kenaikan namun masih memenuhi syarat.
