Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination. The subjects of the study were two patients with type II diabetes mellitus with nutritional deficit problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The nursing implementation approach used includes identification of nutritional status: BMI, oral hygiene and providing education on diabetes mellitus diet. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days. Results: The study showed that after three days of implementation, the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by patients with weight experienced an increase in BMI of patient I to 18.5 and BMI of patient II to 17.96, improved oral hygiene, and increased knowledge. Conclusion: in overcoming nutritional deficits in patients with type II diabetes mellitus, there is no gap between theory and implementation in the field. Pada gagal ginjal kronik gejala nya muncul secara bertahap dan biasanya tidak menimbulkan gejala awal yang jelas, sehingga penurunan fungsi ginjal tiba-tiba sudah pada tahap akhir dan sulit diobati. Dalam memperbaiki fungsi ginjal ini perlu tindakan hemodialisa atau cuci darah terus menerus. Kreatinin adalah zat yang dihasilkan dari konstraksi otot normal dan dilepaskan ke dalam darah, kemudian melewati ginjal untuk diekskresikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar kreatinin pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa berdasarkan jenis kelamin, umur, dan lama menjalani hemodialisa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Sampel berjumlah 35 sampel yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sampel berupa serum kemudian diperiksa secara automatic. Dari hasil penelitian didapat pasien dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi (100%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, laki-laki dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi sebanyak (37,1%), serta untuk perempuan dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi sebanyak (62,9%). Berdasarkan umur, untuk umur yang beresiko dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi sebanyak (57,1%), serta umur yang tidak beresiko dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi sebanyak (42,9%). Berdasarkan lama menjalani hemodialisa, untuk yang baru menjalani hemodialisa dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi sebanyak (42,9%), serta pasien yang telah lama menjalani hemodialisa dengan kadar serum kreatinin tinggi sebanyak (57,1%). Disarankan pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa untuk terapi hemodialisa secara rutin sehingga kadar kreatinin bisa terkontrol dengan baik. Penelitian ini berjudul Gambaran karies gigi dilihat dari perilaku siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Palembang Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran karies gigi dilihat dari perilaku siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Palembang Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi sebanyak 207 anak dan sample sebanyak 133 anak. analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 133 anak yang diperiksa memiliki karies dengan rata-rata DMFT 1,5 dengan kriteria rendah dan rata-rata def-t 4,3 dengan kriteria sedang. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Karies gigi dilihat dari perilaku terbanyak adalah kriteria sedang dimana terdapat 13 anak. Dengan indeks rata-rata DMF-T yaitu kriteria rendah terdapat 1,5. Dan untuk kriteria rata-rata def-t yaitu kriteria sedang terdapat 4,3. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan upaya promotif dan preventif oleh petugas kesehatan melalui UKGS agar dapat memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Risk factors that cause high blood pressure include advanced age, a history of high blood pressure and heredity. Case Study Methods: The design of this case study is a case study to explore the problem of implementing nursing in implementation patients with acute pain problems in hypertensive patients at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang City. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation. Case Study Results: The study obtained results with the pain problem being resolved by conducting a Pain Management Assessment to find out the pain scale by carrying out pain assessment actions using the PQRST method with implementation 1 time per day in the morning or afternoon. This study was conducted to compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days, the conclusions obtained were that in patient 1, there was a pain scale of 3 and in patient II, the pain scale was 2. breathing exercises (deep breathing relaxation techniques), to reduce head pain by doing implementation 1 time per day in the morning or afternoon. This action or this study was carried out to compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days, the conclusions obtained were that in patient 1 the pain problem was reduced and used to do it alone when the pain suddenly appeared and patient II also said the pain problem disappeared and do it whenever the pain arises. Title A name given to the resource KARAKTERISTIK SIFAT SENSORIS DAN DAYA TERIMA WAFER TEPUNG IKAN LELE DAN TEPUNG KACANG MERAH Description An account of the resource Gizi Kurang merupakan kondisi seseorang yang mengalami ketidakseimbangan atau kekurangan zat gizi yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya asupan energi dan protein dalam waktu cukup lama. Salah satu upaya perbaikan gizi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah gizi kurang yaitu dengan memberikan makanan tinggi energi dan protein. Contoh bahan pangan yang dapat digunakan dalam mengatasi gizi kurang adalah tepung ikan lele dan tepung kacang merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik, mengetahui uji daya terima, serta mengetahui kandungan gizi pada wafer tepung ikan lele dan tepung kacang merah berdasarkan analisis proksimat. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Januari – Februari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wafer terpilih yaitu wafer FIII (60 gram tepung ikan lele dan 40 gram tepung kacang merah) dengan kandungan energi 489.02 Kkal (per 100 gram), protein 25.92%, lemak 26.86% dan karbohidrat 35.90%. Berdasarkan hasil uji Friedman Test menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan antara daya terima Wafer Tepung Ikan Lele dan Tepung Kacang Merah dengan kategori warna, rasa, aroma dan tekstur (p-value< 0.05). Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai pengaruh pemberian wafer terhadap perbaikan gizi bagi yang memiliki masalah gizi kurang.
