One way to deal with anxiety is deep breathing relaxation techniques and five finger hypnosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation and five finger hypnosis on the anxiety level of gout sufferers.The research design used was Quasy Experimental with Pretest-Posttest approach with control group. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique as many as 15 respondents in the treatment group and 15 control groups. The results of the analysis used the Dependent t-test and Independent t-test.The results of the analysis using the Dependent t-test showed that the level of anxiety showed a significant decrease before and after the intervention of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and five finger hypnosis where p value = 0.00 (a <0.05). While the results of the Independent t-test showed that the combination of deep breathing relaxation and five-finger hypnosis had a significant effect on anxiety levels in gout sufferers with p value = 0.001 (a<0.005). It is concluded that there is an effect between a combination of deep breathing relaxation and five finger hypnosis on the level of anxiety in gout sufferers. Data from the World Health Organization in 2017 showed the prevalence of gout arthritis in the world was 34.2%, while in Indonesia the prevalence of gout arthritis was 32% under 34 years of age. Diet and the patient's level of knowledge are expected to reduce uric acid. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and knowledge level with uric acid levels. Method: The research design used was an analytical survey research. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 43 people was obtained. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The results of univariate analysis show that respondents Late elderly age 97.7%, male respondents 41.9%, and female 58.1%, respondents with low education 95.3%, respondents with a good diet 60.5% and respondents who have a good level of knowledge 55.8%. Bivariate analysis showed that respondents had a good diet with normal uric acid levels of 57.7% and those who had a bad diet with abnormal uric acid levels were 64.7%. Respondents who have a good level of knowledge with normal uric acid levels are 54.2% and those who have a poor level of knowledge with abnormal uric acid levels are 68.4%. Obtained, the results of bivariate analysis of diet P-Value = 0.888 and level of knowledge P-Value = 0.525, meaning that there is no relationship between diet and knowledge level with uric acid levels in the blood. Methods: This type of research is quasi-experimental with a non-equivelent control group pre-test-post-test design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people. Results: Analysis of the research results using the Mann Whitney Test statistic test obtained a p value of 0.007 (p <0.05). Objective: This study aims to identify the relationship between physical activity and body mass index on the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at SMK Kesehatan Athalla Putra Palembang. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 80 respondents using random sampling technique. Bivariate data analysis with chi square. Results: There is a significant relationship between physical activity and the menstrual cycle. There is a relationship between the age of menarche and the menstrual cycle. There is no relationship between Body Mass Index and the menstrual cycle. Discussion and suggestions: The physical activity variable in Athalla Putra Palembang Health Vocational School students is classified as the majority having moderate physical activity so that the results show that most have regular menstrual cycles. For the variable age of menarche, it shows that the average student has a normal age of menarche. Body Mass Index is a variable that has no relationship with the menstrual cycle because there is a gap in the number of samples where most of the respondents have normal BMI values. For further researchers, it is recommended to conduct research with more varied variables and a larger number of samples so as to have maximum research results.
