The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the support system and the anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling as many as 57 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires for husband support, family support, and PASS (Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale). The results of data analysis showed that most of the respondents with low risk age were 78.9%; most are highly educated 87.7%; multigravida pregnant women 61.4%; the average does not work 56.1%; the average husband who supports 50.9%; most family support is good 71.9%; average income below the minimum wage 56.1%; most experienced severe anxiety 70.2%. The results of the analysis showed that husband's support with anxiety (p = 0.005), family support with anxiety (p = 0.022), economy with anxiety (p = 0.018). It was concluded that there was a relationship between the support system (husband support, family and economic support) and the anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. The attention and support from the closest people, especially husband and family, is very helpful in overcoming the anxiety experienced by pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The research design used was Quasi Experimental with a Pretest-Posttest approach with a control group. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique as many as 15 respondents in the treatment group and 15 control groups. The results of the analysis used the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the analysis with the Wilcoxon test showed that systolic and diastolic blood pressure showed a significant decrease before and after the intervention of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation where systolic p value = 0.001 and diastolic p value = 0.003 (α<0.05). While the results of the Mann Whitney test showed that the combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation had a significant effect on systolic blood pressure with p value = 0.024 and diastolic with p value = 0.029 (α<0.05). It was concluded that there was an effect between the combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
