Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional, dilaksanakan pada bulan januari-februari tahun 2021 di Komp. Griya Putri Ayu dengan sampel sebanyak 67 reponden data di analisis menggunakan uji chi square dengan interval kepercayaan 95%. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (˂0,05) kriteria pendapatan sangat tinggi 2,98 tinggi 2,98, sedang 46,27, rendah 47,77, kriteria pengetahuan baik 10,4, cukup 22,4, kurang 67,2. Kesimpulan : Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara status ekonomi keluarga dengan pengetahuan orang tua. Semakin tinggi pendidikan orang tua maka semakin tinggi pula pengetahuan tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Berdasarkan usia kehamilan, trimester I anemia 11.1% dan tidak anemia 88.9%. Pada trimester II anemia 56.1% dan tidak anemia 43.9%. Sedangkan, pada trimester III anemia 54.5%, dan tidak anemia 24.4%. Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which results in an increase in morbidity and mortality The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving garlic boiled water on blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at the Harapan Kita Elderly Social Institution in Palembang City. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique in this study was non-porbality sampling with a purposive sampling approach. With a sample of 15 respondents in the intervention group and 15 respondents in the control group. Analysis of the data in this study used the Mann Withney U statistical test. Based on the results of the analysis using the Mann Withney U parametric test, the average blood pressure before and after administration of garlic boiled water with p Value = 0.000 for systolic blood pressure and p Value = 0.002 for diastolic blood pressure., where the p value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure is smaller than the value of (0.05) which means that there is a significant effect between the administration of garlic boiled water and systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Nurses are at risk of being exposed, infected and experiencing other health problems, besides that nurses are also at risk of experiencing mental health aspects that greatly affect the quality of life and productivity of health services, namely the risk of burnout syndrome or mental fatigue. Burnout is mental fatigue that lasts long enough. Purposes: This study aims to identify the determinant factors associated with burnout in nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 63 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Bivariate data analysis with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that the variables statistically significantly related to nursing burnout were age, marital status and self-efficacy with p<0.05. While the results of the multivariate analysis showed that self-efficacy (RP 0.029; 95% CI 0.004-0.197) was the most dominant factor causing nurse burnout at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Burnout in nurses with low self-efficacy has a risk seven times (OR 7,000) higher than nurses with high self-efficacy. Discussion and suggestions: In this study, most nurses experienced burnout. Self efficacy is the most related factor to nurse burnout. Burnout in nurses with low self efficacy has a risk seven times higher than nurses with high self efficacy, but burnout is also influenced by age and marital status. Hypertension is the biggest comorbid factor that causes death from COVID19. Hypertension can cause problems with low quality of life. Smoking and sleep quality can affect the quality of life of people with hypertension. Purposes: The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between sleep quality and smoking with quality of life of hypertensive patients during the COVID-19 period. Methods: Method using a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach of 70 respondents. Data collection using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire (PSQI), Smoking questionnaire with the Brinkman Index, and the EuroQol-5 Dimension questionnaire. Results: The results of the analysis used the Chi-Square test and the Mann-Whitney test. Results It shows that the average respondent is 60.31 years old, female 67.1%, normal body mass index 58.6%, average systolic blood pressure is 148.43 mmHg, average diastolic blood pressure is 92.07 mmHg, poor sleep quality 60%, not smoking 75.7%, average smoking degree 57.24, poor quality of life 62.9%. The results of the analysis showed that the quality of sleep with quality of life (p value 0.0005), smoking habits with quality of life (p value 0.028), the degree of smoking with quality of life (p value 0.022). Conclusion: It was concluded that there was a relationship between sleep quality and smoking with the quality of life of patients with hypertension. Hypertension can also af ect stress levels in patients who need long therapy, continuous stress can af ect the quality of life in physical, psychological and social aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-ef icacy and stress levels with the quality of life of hypertension suf erers in the working area of the Makrayu Health Center Palembang. Metode ini this research used a descriptive analytic research design using a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study is non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling with 65 respondents. The analysis used is the Chi-square correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between self-ef icacy (p= 0.000) and stress levels (p= 0.000) with the quality of life of patients with hypertension.
