One of the biological changes in adolescent girls is menstruation. Menstruation is a sign of femininity for women, but menstruation often experiences disorders, one of which is menstrual cycle disorders that are influenced by several factors. This study aims to look at the determinants associated with the menstrual cycle. Factors to be investigated are stress, Body Mass Index (BMI), and physical activity. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Rahman Palembang with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling with 102 respondents, conducted in March 2020. The statistical test of this study uses Chi-square and multiple logistic regression. Bivariate analysis results show that there is a relationship between stress (p-value 0.000, OR = 7.879, BMI (p-value 0.008, OR = 3.321), and physical activity (p-value 0.006, OR = 3.525) with menstrual cycle. Results of multivariate analysis of stress variables (p-value 0.000, Exp (B) = 6.960) and physical activity (p-value 0.033, Exp (B) = 2.805) with the menstrual cycle so that the determinant of this research factor is stress. Kerang darah sangat cocok sebagai sumber protein dan mineral utama yang dikonsumsi sebagai lauk-pauk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar merkuri (Hg) pada kerang darah (Anadara granosa) yang dijual di Kota Palembang. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 sampel dari pedagang yang berjualan di pasar induk Jakabaring Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisa sampel adalah spektrofotometri menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. Hasil menunjukkan pada 12 sampel kerang darah yang diperiksa kadar merkurinya masih memenuhi syarat. Rata- rata kadar merkuri yang ditemukan pada kerang darah ialah 0,166 ppm, dengan kadar minimum adalah 0,034 ppm dan kadar maksimum ialah 0,368 ppm. Dengan demikian, disarankan kepada masyarakat untuk membatasi konsumsi kerang darah untuk menghindari biomagnifikasi merkuri dalam tubuh. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever children must immediately receive invasive treatment by being hospitalized (hospitalization), the main response The most common when a child undergoes hospitalization is anxiety (anxiety). The level of anxiety in children can be overcome by providing therapy that is able to create a sense of security and comfort for children, one of which is the provision of drawing and coloring distraction techniques. Drawing and coloring aims to make children happy, not afraid and can be used as an entertainment when children are hospitalized. Methods: This case study design is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning (intervention), implementation (implementation), evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were two pediatric patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, patient 1 aged 3 years 5 months and patient 2 aged 5 years 9 months who experienced the same nursing problem, namely anxiety. This case study was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang in 2022. The data collection technique was by means of observation, interviews and filling out case study instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. Results: The implementation of nursing provided in the form of distraction techniques of drawing and coloring has an effect on reducing the anxiety experienced by pediatric patients during hospitalization. Anxiety scores decreased significantly after drawing and coloring distraction techniques were applied. In patient 1, there was a moderate decrease in anxiety and in patient 2, there was a moderate decrease in anxiety. Suggestion: It is hoped that the patient's family can recognize the signs of anxiety in children so that parents are able to manage anxiety in children. The results of this case study are also expected to be a source of information and learning references to develop science and technology, especially in pediatric nursing regarding the implementation of Anxiety Reduction and Distraction Techniques (Drawing and Coloring) nursing with anxiety problems due to hospitalization in children. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara titrasi kompleksometri dilaboratorium. Penderita mengalami kesulitan saat berjalan karena mengalami gangguan pada kekuatan otot, keseimbangan dan koordinasi gerak.Intervensi keperawatan yang akan dilakukan pada pasien stroke untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot adalah terapi akuatik. Terapi akuatik dapat membantu meningkatkan kekuatan otot, fleksibilitas dan yang terpenting adalah mengingkatkan keseimbangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran implementasi penerapan terapi akuatik untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstremitas pada pasien stroke. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy experiment, Pengumpulan data sumber literature pada penelitian ini adalah Google Scholar/google cendakia, Researchget. dengan menggunakan kata kunci “kekuatan otot”, “terapi akuatik”, “stroke” dengan kriteria artikel tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima artikel tersebut sama-sama mempunyai hasil yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot eksterimats pada pasien stroke.
