Methods : This research used descriptive in a case study to explore the implementation of spiritual healing nursing in schizophrenia patients with violent behavior problems at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Penentuan subyek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dengan melibatkan klien skizofrenia yang sedang dirawat di klinik rawat inap bagi orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Hasil: Implementasi tindakan asertif sebagai intervensi dalam mengekspresikan marah dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif pada kedua klien, namun menjadi kurang efektif yang terjadi pada satu klien lainnya. Perbedaan kondisi dan karakteristik klien turut mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi tindakan asertif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan asertif dapat menjadi intervensi dalam mengekspresikan marah pada klien skizofrenia dengan masalah perilaku kekerasan. Saran: Disarankan agar keterlibatan keluarga untuk dapat dioptimalkan agar tindakan asertif dapat dilanjutkan di rumah sehingga mengurangi perilaku kekerasan klien. Koordinasi antara pihak pemberi layanan keperawatan bersama keluarga menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan proses perawatan terhadap orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Menganalisis data studi kasus berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi mendalam dan selanjutnya dicari kesamaan informasi diantara pasien dan selanjutnya diberikan eksplanasi sesuai kondisi pasien. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan implementasi pada pasien didapatkan hasil bahwa bercakap-cakap efektif dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran. Seluruh pasien dapat mengidentifikasi isi halusinasi, waktu terjadinya halusinasi, situasi yang memicu munculnya halusinasi, menjelaskan manfaat bercakap-cakap sebagai upaya untuk mengontrol halusinasinya, mendemonstrasikan teknik bercakap-cakap saat halusinasinya sedang dialami. Online learning during the covid-19 pandemic is a stressor that triggers the release of the hormone cortisol which will affect the production of FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luitenizing Hormone) hormones and cause menstrual cycle irregularities. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic stress levels and the menstrual cycle during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Methods: This type of research is quantitative in nature with an analytical survey design through a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability, namely purposive sampling as many as 44 students. Data analysis using Chi- Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate academic stress 18 (40.9%) and the majority of respondents had abnormal menstrual cycles 26 (59.1%). The results of the Chi-Square test obtained p-value = 0.031, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of academic stress and the menstrual cycle during the covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: stress due to online learning causes disruption of students' menstrual cycles. Adapun yang terdiagnosis oleh dokter hanya (8,36) dan yang minum obat antihipertensi (8,84), alasan tidak minum obat sebanyak (11,5) dan yang rutin mengukur tekanan darah ada (12,0) berdasarkan data tersebut dari 34,11% orang yang mengalami hipertensi hanya 1/3 yang terdiagnosis, sisanya 2/3 tidak terdiagnosis tidak terdiagnosis data menunjukkan hanya 0,7% orang yang terdiagnosis darah tinggi dan minum obat hipertensi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebegian besar penderita hipertensi tidak menyadari menderita hipertensi ataupun mendapatkan pengobatan (Kemenkes, 2018). Tujuan:Menganalisis Efektivitas Terapi Bekam dan Bekam Plus Murrotal Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2020. Metode:penelitian ini adalah Quasi-experiment design dengan jenis two group pretest dan posttests design. Uji statistic menggunakan uji Marginal Homogeneity. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian dengan menggunakan uji paired t test di ketahui nilai rerata sebelum dan setelah terapi komplementer Bekam dan Bekam Plus Murrotal dengan P value. 0,000.
