Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan pengurangan nyeri abdomen yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu dengan penerapan kompres hangat. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah kaji skala nyeri, catat lokasi, karakteristik, beratnya (skala 1-10). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya penurunan skala nyeri yang sangat signifikan. Yaitu pada subjek I skala nyeri dari 9 turun menjadi 1 dan pada subjek II skala nyeri dari 8 turun menjadi 1 setelah dilakukan kompres hangat diabdomen. Kepada tenaga keperawatan yang ada di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah untuk dapat melakukan kompres hangat di abdomen secara rutin kepada pasien yang mengalami nyeri karena penyakit demam tifoid. Kata Kunci : Demam tifoid, Nyeri, Kompres Hangat ABSTRACT Warm compresses on the abdomen can affect the body in different ways. Water compresses commonly affect the body by causing blood vessel reduction (Vasoconstriction) reduces edema by reducing blood flow to the area, numbing the sensation of pain, providing comfort to patients, clients with high body temperature, slowing the inflammatory process, and reducing itching. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care, especially with the intervention of the application of warm compresses on the abdomen to reduce pain in typhoid fever patients in the inpatient room of Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. This research method used a case study design using nursing care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The management of abdominal pain reduction is non-pharmacological intervention by applying warm compresses. Supporting interventions carried out are assessing the pain scale, recording the location, characteristics, weight (scale 1-10). The results showed that there was a very significant reduction in pain scale. That is, in subject I the pain scale of 9 dropped to 1 and in subject II the pain scale from 8 dropped to 1 after a warm compress was taken from the diabdomen. To the nursing staff at Siti Aisyah Hospital to be able to do warm compresses on the abdomen regularly to patients who experience pain due to typhoid fever. Tujuan Penelitian untuk Mengetahui askep pada pada pasien TB Paru setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan dengan pelaksanaan batuk efektif terhadap bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif di RS Rupit Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus..Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan, setelah dilakukan perawatan kedua subjek terjadi peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, dilihat dari pengurangan jumlah sekret pada pasien TB paru yang membuat jalan nafasnya paten. Patennya jalan nafas yang ditandai dengan pasien merasa dapat membuang dahaknya sendiri, RR dalam batas normal dan pasien tidak merasa sesak nafas. setelah dilakukan perawatan teknik batuk efektif bertambah pada hari ke-3 jalan napas paten. Salah satu hal yang perlu ditanamkan bagi semua pekerja dan calon pekerja adalah pentingnya penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD). APD sangatlah penting guna mengurangi risiko cidera akibat kecelakaan kerja. Namun demikian, masih banyak yang tidak memperdulikan dan menganggap remeh, dengan tidak menggunakan APD secara lengkap dan sesuai standar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan sikap dan pengetahuan mahasiswa Poltekkes Palembang terhadap kelengkapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri di laboratorium Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dengan pendekatan analitik cross sectional (potong lintang). Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan sikap dan pengetahuan mahasiswa Poltekkes Palembang terhadap kelengkapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Hasil: Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai P Value antara sikap dan kelengkapan adalah 1,000 yang artinya bahwa Ho diterima sehingga dapat diartikan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap mahasiswa Poltekkes Palembang terhadap kelengkapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) di laboratorium. Sedangkan P Value antara pengetahuan dan kelengkapan adalah 0,000 yang artinya bahwa Ho ditolak sehingga dapat diartikan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan mahasiswa Poltekkes Palembang terhadap kelengkapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) di laboratorium. Title A name given to the resource Wearing Face Mask and Occurrence of Dry Mouth Subject The topic of the resource SARS-CoV-2; mask; dry mouth Description An account of the resource In Covid-19 pandemic era, wearing of face mask has become a necessity, not only in hospitals but also in society. Although wearing face mask can reduce the risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2 infection, it has certain detrimental effects. One of the side effects to pay attention to is the wearer's oral health, namely mask mouth or xerostomia or what is commonly referred to as dry mouth syndrome. This study aim was to determine the effect of wearing face masks on the occurrence of dry mouth. This cross sectional study was conducted in February 2021. Sample consisted of 82 people aged 18-45 years in Kemuning Subdistrict, Sekip Jaya, Palembang, South Sumatera who were taken by simple random sampling. Data was obtained from filling out online questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-square test with the significance interval 95%. Respondents who wear cloth mask, medical mask, and N95 mask and experiencing dry mouth as many as 95.4%, 80%, and 80%, respectively. Dry mouth were occur on 50% respondents who wear face mask <1 hour, 100% respondents who wear face mask for 1-2 hours and 2-4 hours, 55.6% respondens who wear face mask for 5-6 hours and 83.9% respondents who wear face mask >6 hours. There was no significant association between type of face mask with occurrence of dry mouth (p>0.05). Otherwise, there was significant association between duration wearing face mask with occurrence of dry mouth (p<0.05). It can be concluded that wearing face mask can promote the dry mouth.
