<text>Background: Schizophrenia is a disease that affects the brain where it can cause changes in behavior, self-perception, emotional changes, and also affects behavior towards the environment. One of the symptoms experienced by schizophrenics is hallucinations, one of which is auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are a condition in which the patient perceives or hears things that are not there. These voices sometimes contain something like asking the patient to do something, causing the patient to be unable to control himself.
Methods: Thistype of research is descriptive in the form of a case study using a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation with two schizophrenic patients with nursing problems with sensory perceptions disorder: auditory hallucinations in the Stork Room of the Mental Hospital. Ernaldi Bahar, Province of South Sumatra. Conducted for seven days on April 12-18 2019.
Results: Based on the results of several studies conducted by experts on how to control hallucinations by rebuking, it is proven that this method is quite effective in controlling hallucinations. Likewise with the results that the researchers got, namely an effective way of rebuking in controlling hallucinations.
Conclusion: It is hoped that this method of controlling by rebuking can be developed again and become a lesson for further research.

<text>Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease which is still a major public health problem, especially in developing countries. This infectious disease is caused by the bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is a major factor in pulmonary tuberculosis. Nutritional deficits in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis will cause nursing problems that can lead to malnutrition by reducing appetite and increasing catabolism. This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficits. There are at least two subjects of the case study with the same nursing problem, namely the nutritional deficit problem. The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study to explore the problem of nursing implementation of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficits at the Palembang Bari Hospital in 2021. In this case study, there are two types of data analysis used, namely subjective data and objective data. The results of the case study show that the implementation of nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficits is to assess nutritional status, perform oral hygiene and provide dietary education to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Of the three implementations that have been carried out can overcome the problem of nutritional deficits in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and most of them are in accordance with the action plan that has been implemented. As for the advice given, it is hoped that patients with pulmonary tuberculosis will realize the importance of nutritional needs to support health</text>

<text>Hyperbilirubinemia is a condition where high levels of bilirubin accumulate in the blood and will cause jaundice, which is characterized by the appearance of skin color, sclera and nails. Hyperbilirubinemia is a problem that often occurs in newborns. Patients with neonatal hyperbilirubin were treated with phototherapy and exchange transfusions (Kristina, et al, 2015 in Ihsan 2017). The general objective of this study is to be able to carry out the implementation of nursing in hyperbilirubin infants with the problem of meeting the nutritional needs of breast milk at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2021. The methods used in collecting data in this case study are interviews and observations. Samples were taken from 2 babies who experienced hyperbilirubin at Muhammadiyah hospital in Palembang, the implementation of nursing gave health care to the baby's mother, and collabiration in giving phototherapy. The results of the study of Baby Mrs N and Baby Mrs L showed that there was a change in the presence of pathological hyperbilirubin to physiological hyperbilirubin. There was an increase in weight. The body, with a reflex to suck, has begun to be effective. Skin care is no longer peeling. Seeing the results of this study, namely exclusive breastfeeding. Breast milk is the main food for babies and is the most perfect, contains almost all nutrients with a composition according to the baby's needs to grow and develop optimally, and can reduce the level of bilirubin in the baby's blood. Based on the conclusion, it is better if mothers continue to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies so that the baby's nutritional needs are met

Melinda, Yayang, Ade. (2021). Implementation of Warm Compress Nursing for

Typhoid fever is an acute infection of the small intestine caused bybacteria
Salmonella typhi which causes an increase in body temperature causing
hyperthermia problems. Prevention and treatment efforts need to be made by
measuring body temperature, warm compresses and collaborating drug
administration. The method used is the interview method, physical examination,
and other supporting data. The subjects of the case study used were two children
aged 1-13 years who had the same nursing problems, namely children with
typhoid fever and hyperthermia. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah
Hospital and Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in April 2021. After 3 days of
treatment, it was found that patient 1 experienced a decrease in body temperature
from 39 ° C to 37 ° C and patient 2 from 38.8 ° C to 36.8 ° C. research shows that
warm compresses and collaborative drug administration are effective in lowering
the body temperature of children with typhoid fever with hyperthermic problems.
Suggestions from the authors are that the patient's family can know the symptoms
of hyperthermia and be able to carry out independent treatment to prevent
recurrence of the disease.</text>

Febrile seizures are seizures that occur at temperatures above 38 caused by
extra cranial processes without a history of seizures without previous fever and
generally occur at the age of 6 months to 5 years. The cause is not known until
now, but seizures can be triggered due to fever when the body is infected, causing
hyperthermia problems. Nursing implementation for hyperthermia is
Hyperthermia Management, such as identifying the causes of hyperthermia,
monitoring body temperature, applying warm compresses, and providing bed rest
education. The research design used a descriptive method. The study subjects
were 2 pediatric patients who had cases of febrile seizures with hyperthermia
problems. This research is located in the Inpatient Room, 7th Floor of the Siti
Fatimah Regional Hospital, South Sumatra Province and was conducted on April
2, 2021. The research data were collected using a child assessment and physical
examination format. After tabulation, the existing data were analyzed in a
narrative way with the nursing care format. The results of the research obtained
after the implementation of An.A and An.N had reduced the hyperthermia
problem felt by both patients. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can
add insight to the patient's parents.</text>

Thypus Abdominalior thypoid fever is an acute infectious disease of the small
intestine with symptoms of fever of one week or more accompanied by disorders
of the gastrointestinal tract and disturbances of consciousness caused by Salmonella
typhi. Thypoid fever will be very dangerous if not immediately treated properly and
properly, even leading to death. The methods used are interview methods, physical
examinations, and from other medical supporting data. The subject of the case study
used in this nursing study numbered two patients with the same case and nursing
problems, namely thypoid fever patients with fluid fulfillment problems. The
authors conducted 4 implementations, namely monitoring intake and output,
intravenous fluid drip therapy, oral fluid administration collaboration, and health
education. This case study was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra
Province and Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The time of this study was
conducted in April 2021. The results showed that intravenous fluid therapy was
effectively administered in an effort to overcome the lack of fluid volume.</text>
