<text>Background : schizophrenia is a form of mental disorder. Schizophrenia is a clinical syndrome with various mental illnesses, usually severe, long lasting, and clients can be identified by deviations from their thoughts, perceptions and emotions. Symptoms that often appear in schizophrenic patients are hallucinations. Method : this research method was in the form of a descriptive case study, with the implementation method uses nursing care process. The data of this study was taken by the process of assessment, interviews, and observation conducted April 12 to 18 2021. The subjects of this case study were two patients with auditory hallucinations in the Bangau Room of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra. Result : the results of the study show that the implementation of rebuke strategies in hallucinating patients was very helpful in controlling their hallucinations and in their recovery . Looking at the result of this study, it is expected to be useful in adding information to the patients about the implementation of schizophrenic nursing action with the problem of sensory audiotory hallucination. Conclusion : rebuking hallucinations by covering the ears can reduce the level of hallucinations because the patient becomes more focused and concentrated. Recommendation : seeing this, it’s hoped that patients will always apply the implementation strategies that have been taught in order to speed up the healing process in patients.</text>

medical surgical nursing care which included assessment, data analysis, nursing
diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation, evaluation and
documentation. After implementing nursing with acute pain problems in
postoperative hemorrhoid patients, it was found that the implementation made

<text>Sectio Caesarea is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the
uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen and which causes the
continuity of the tissue to be interrupted so that usually there is a disturbance of
comfort due to pain and weakness resulting in activity intolerance. The general
objective of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of nursing
performed on post-cesarean section patients with activity intolerance problems.
This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study through
a nursing implementation approach. The subjects of this case study were patients
who had caesarean section patients with activity intolerance problems in the
obstetrics room of Rs. AkGani Palembang, on April 15, 2021-17 April 2021. The
results of the implementation in the form of early mobilization and health

patient 1 (Mrs. A) with a state of intolerance to the patient's activity can improve
the condition of the limbs marked by the patient being able to tilt right and left,
sitting and able to walk independently although still slowly and patient 2 (Mrs. Y)
with a With the same problem, the patient's activity intolerance can tilt right and
left, sit and walk independently and the patient is able to hold his baby. Looking at
the results of this study, there is effectiveness in providing nursing implementation
to post-section caesarea patients with activity intolerance problems. It is
recommended that the implementation be carried out on a scheduled basis for
post-cesarean post-sectional patients with activity intolerance problems.</text>
