The research subjects were two pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. After implementation in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems from the first day to the third day showed changes with reduced shortness of breath, acquired the ability to cough and expel secretions in the airway. The conclusions obtained are that there is a significant relationship between the incidence of pulmonary tubeculosis with ineffective airway clearing problems with the implementation of semi-fowler position nursing, deep breath relaxation exercises and effective coughing techniques. Conclusion : Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to do nursing care including assessing the signs and symptoms of hypovolomia by looking at the level of dehydration. The design of this study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Cases were taken as many as 2 respondents, namely patients who experienced fluid and electrolyte imbalances in gastroenteritis children located in the children's room of the Sungai Dua Banyuasin Community Health Center. The implementation of this case study is in February 2020. The results showed that clients 1 and 2 no longer experienced symptoms of diarrhea after treatment by the health center and the mother also understood about diarrhea after being given thorough education. Based on data from the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), it is known that breast cancer is the most common cancer among women with an estimated 1.67 million new cases of cancer diagnosed in 2012 (25% of all cancers). The purpose of writing is to obtain a description of the implementation of nursing in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy using nursing process in Muhammadiyah Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive analytics. The approach used is the approach of nursing care which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Research subjects studied amounted to two patients with breast cancer chemotherapy of the same sex. The research was conducted in Ibnu Rusyd Room of Muhammadiyah Palembang. The study was conducted by interviewing, observation and physical examination on 16 may 2019-18 may 2018. The difficulties experienced by the writer is when developing trust relationships, but after successfully developing it with both patients was finally seen cooperating with nurses. The results of the study showed that after implementation of Ny.R and Ny.S for three weeks for nutrision problems, the nutrition experienced by the two patients was resolved. Looking at the results of this study, it is expected that with the description of this study, other researchers can carry out nursing implementation in breast cancer chemotherapy patients with nutrition problems without ignoring other problems to improve the quality of patient-focused nursing care.
