<text>Background: Violent behavior is a response to stressors faced by a person, which is
shown by actual behavior of violence, either to oneself, others or the environment,
verbally or non-verbally, with the aim of hurting others physically and psychologically.
To overcome the recurrence, clients need to learn techniques, namely the
implementation of implementation in the form of implementation strategies 2.
Case study method: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies
to explore the implementation of nursing to control emotions by hitting harmless
objects on schizophrenic clients with behavioral problems. violence at Ernaldi Bahar
Hospital, South Sumatra Province and as for the research subjects who will be studied
are two patients, namely schizophrenic patients with violent behavior problems. The
place of research is the Ernaldi Bahar mental hospital, South Sumatra Province. The
instruments used in this scientific paper are assessment sheets and data from medical
records.
Case study results: The results showed that the implementation of implementation
strategy 2 in schizophrenic patients was that both patients had shown a significant
reduction in the level of violent behavior.
Conclusion: In carrying out the implementation the author involves the client directly
by using standard operating procedures. The results of the evaluation show that the
client is able to control violent behavior by implementing 2 techniques of hitting
harmless objects, in this case the pillow that has been taught by the author.</text>

due to uterine contractions that cause cervical dilation. Nurses have a big role in controlling
pain with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is the Counter Pressure technique. The
pressure exerted in this technique causes the gate control to close and the pain impulses cannot

out the implementation of nursing in phase 1 inparticular mothers with labor pains. Case study
method: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing
process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation,
evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the implementation of the Phase I
Active Pain of Childbirth through observing pain, giving and teaching counter pressure
techniques and providing education about labor pain. The subject of the case study consisted
of two cases with the problem of active phase 1 childbirth pain at the Muhammadiyah Hospital
Palembang in 2021. The results of the case study: The counter pressure technique has an
effective effect on controlling the pain experienced by the inpartum patient when the first stage
is active. Conclusion: All nursing plans that have been prepared based on theory can be done
in the field on patients. Suggestion: The patient/family can apply the counter pressure
technique independently to improve health status.</text>

<text>Bronchial asthma is a disease characterized by increased response of trachea and bronchi to various stimuli with the manifestation of the presence of a wide narrowing of the airway. This study was to implement the implementation of family nursing asthma gymnastics in bronchial asthma sufferers. This research was a case study with using a comprehensive approach to nursing care process including assessment, diagnosis of nursing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. both Mrs.H and Mrs.E clients in doing asthma gymnastics exercises to prevent the risk of recurrence i.e. receiving well, both clients are happy with the presence of nurses in teaching asthma gymnastics exercises, then both clients can demonstrate how to do asthma gymnastics by themselves, although both clients often forget the sequence of movements of asthma gymnastics exercises. The supporting factors of this nursing implementation are clients and families being cooperative during the process of implementing nursing implementation. After implementation, it is expected that the Client can do asthma gymnastics exercises independently 2 times a day. Asthma gymnastics is able to prevent the risk of recurrence in bronchial asthma clients. For the next researcher is expected to be the basic data for the developer of the study or research that develops the method of asthma gymnastics.</text>

<text>Background: Mother who will labor feel labor pain during the first stage due to uterine contractions that cause cervical dilation. Labor pain is a problem that worries mothers who are about to give birth, especially mothers who give birth to their first child. There are several non-pharmacological methods that can be used to reduce pain, one of which is the effleurage massage technique. This technique can provide a relaxing effect and make mothers in labor adapt to the pain. Case Study Purpose: The author is able to carry out the implementation of nursing of effleurage massage techniques to reduce first stage labor pain. Method: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation by focusing on implementation of nursing of first stage labor pain through providing and teaching effleurage massage techniques and providing education about labor pain and effleurage massage technique. The case study subjects are to two cases with the problem of first stage labor pain at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2021. Result: Effleurage massage techniques have an influence effectively to reducing the pain experienced by first stage in labor patients. Conclusion: All nursing plans that have been prepared based on theory can be carried out in the field for patients and the implementation of nursing has shown success in overcoming labor pain. Advice: It is hoped that patients / families can apply effleurage massage techniques independently to improve health status.</text>

<text>Hypertension is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. As many as 1 billion people in the world or 1 in 4 adults suffer from this disease. In fact, hypertension cannot directly kill the sufferer, but hypertension triggers the occurrence of other diseases that are classified as severe and deadly and gives continuing symptoms for a target organ, such as stroke for the brain, coronary heart disease for the heart blood vessels and for the heart muscle. A person is declared to have hypertension when the blood pressure is high or exceeds the normal blood pressure value, namely 140/80 mmHg. This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The research subjects were 2 hypertensive patients with acute pain problems at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. After implementation in hypertensive patients with acute pain problems from the first day to the third day showed changes with decreasing the pain scale. The conclusions obtained are that there is a significant relationship between the incidence of hypertension and acute pain problems with the implementation of nursing, identifying the location of characteristics, duration, frequency and intensity of pain, teaching deep breath relaxation techniques and providing an explanation of the period, causes and triggers of pain.</text>
