Results and Conclusions: After implementing the same nursing care for both patients for 3 days, the conclusion was that the patient's respiratory rate began to improve and both patients showed an increase in secretion ability so that the patient was able to overcome the reduced sputum in the airway. The results obtained in both patients were that the problem was partially resolved because the patient was still in bed rest and the intervention was continued by the hospital.
